Super OYO 447 Comfort Hotel Meru — Hotel in Klang Municipal Council

we only stayed on night in this hotel. Rooms were not expensive but the rooms were a bit shubby. The rooms should have a view but the curtains couldn't open. The rooms were very dark and not very clean. The WIFI didn#t work with the pasword we were given. Breakfast on the top floor wasn't worth mentioning. IN the evening we wanted to have a drink in the roof top terrace but had to wait a long time for the drinks and there was VERY loud music/karaoke from someone working in the bar. It was horrible. During check-out we noticed that there was an extra drink on the bill (which we didn't order). They were not able to take the drink of the total invoice. You got what you paid for. But still, not worth it to pay for it. Everything is terrible! Hotel got weird smell. Housekeeper just put the rubbish under the bed, including cigarette butt. Cupboard with broken doors. Room door with a broken latch. The toiletries (shower gel etc), seems like they just throw it on the sinki area. Many tiles in bathroom are broken. Shower bidet borken, water sprinkled all over the bathroom. Hotel area not neat - they just put the dirty cleaning equipment besides lift area. They put laundry basket with empty can inside, besides the lift area too. So much noises during night time - people slamming the doors, one after another until morning....

Room is very old as the building is. But the room is clean. However, the floor is so sticky that it's not comfortable to us. Like it just finished mopped without rinsing. Got a plug that is not working that it gave burning smell once we plugged in lol. Tho room is bit old but it's bearable as it's clean plus the aircond unit...
