Had a great experience dealing with them few years back but today i walked into their cyberjaya shop to enquire for E-bike and was told that they are out of stock for the chinese brand and it was only Rm 800. So I said okay and called the Hq to ask whether they have stock or not and they said they did have it and the price was Rm 888. Take note the price is not an issue with me as i’m used to buying e-bikes for my sites, however when i asked him ‘your cyber branch told me it was Rm 800’, the guy I was dealing with became aggresive and said no way its Rm 800, we are the cheapest in market and then proceeded by saying you dont need to buy from us. I was pretty calm and collected mainly due to the fact that I was confused because it was a matter of clarification. I did check the online price and it was Rm 888. So he was right, however it was a miscomunication by part of his staff who told me that i was Rm 800 earlier. So i hope this people dont be get arrogant and try to solve an issue next time. Read moreCame back here after almost 2 years buying my e-bike. Had to change the tyre (RM110) cause it was punctured by something on the road, and the seat (RM50) cause of the nuts fell out (maybe I was too rough?). And they also adjusted the brakes; you’d probably need to do that after a year of constant use.
Thought I also share how the seat design (black is the new one) had improved over the last time I’ve gotten it. These guys are improving ok!
