My friend & I came here after a long tiring day of working. Reached around 7pm & it was raining heavily. The guard wasn’t being very helpful due to wrong information & next we went to the lobby to check in & guess what, the receptionist was rude. We also need to pay additional RM25 for the car park & the man made us sit there to brief us about the parking. Like what kind of nonsense is this?? Besides, there was no any direct lift access to our room, instead we walked all the way out from the parking, took a lift, passed by the lobby, walked the way out to reach to our elevator which will actually bring us to our unit. That was so ridiculous because all other hotel will actually have a lift which will connect you from the car park to your unit. Next, the access card wasn’t working inside the elevator, the door to our room needs to be open with key & not an access card. The shower wasn’t hot, facilities said to be closed at 10pm but everything is closed at 9pm itself. The checkout is at 11am & guess what, they did not return my deposit of RM200 immediately instead they told me it’ll be credited within 24 hours. During check in,they push u to pay deposit with no form to fill up, after u check out, suddenly u need to fill up the form!. What a terrible service ever! The counter person never want to know your problem,.they are stupid and do the work only which is collect deposit and pass the key.
Before booking through Agoda, I was particularly attracted by the photos displayed, especially the swimming pool on the 48th floor, which was a major highlight. Actually that's not included in your rooms service..they sell another service.
This contradicts the impression given by the promotional images, which did not indicate any extra charges or mention that the facility was not directly included in the hotel services.
This misleading information negatively impacted my experience as a guest. As a professional establishment, I believe your management should be more transparent in promoting facilities and ensure accurate details are provided to potential customers.
I hope this matter will be addressed seriously to prevent future dissatisfaction among your guests.

Read moreI rented a unit today at Expressionz Suites KLCC Hotel, unit number B38-03(R). I was extremely disappointed to find that the room was full of cockroaches. I believe hygiene should be a basic standard for any hotel. I’ve stayed here several times before and found it quite good, which is why I booked it again for this business trip — it seemed convenient and reasonably priced.
However, the experience this time was horrible. First, I was asked to pay a RM300 deposit, which was understandable. But right after entering the room, I immediately saw cockroaches. At first, I thought it was just one or two, and I tried to ignore it. But more and more started appearing — both big and small. It was truly disgusting and unhygienic.
Around 3AM, I went downstairs to seek help from the hotel staff, but they simply pushed the responsibility away, saying it wasn’t under them and not their problem. There was no assistance at all, no proper service, and the attitude was terrible.
