Such a beautiful park the Government has prepared for us Malaysians and look what happen to our civic consciousness to ensure this place we ultimately own is looked after and ensured cleanliness at full speed! But where is that little sense? Do we dirty our house like that? The cleaners are doing a wonderful job every morning cleaning after many dirty garbage throwers everywhere inside and outside the park. If I do not write on behalf of the cleaners, I am doing a disservice to them! Come here everyday Council (DBKL?) and see (open your big eyes) whichever Officer In Charge who is not doing their job! You can propose and earn DBKL more money by issuing summons!!!!! Come weekends...OMG...I am sure DBKL will get to earn thousands of summons every Saturday nights!!! Then on Sundays, every person that exercise at this beautiful park do not have to feast on eyesores overflowing thrash bins and smelly park...yucky!! DBKL, here's over to you. My eyes on you and wishing you all the best in improving the park! Not to embarrass ourselves more especially Sunday photos will be heart wrenching the garbage <horror> I just posted a few very mild looking ones. Teach the public to be clean...the toilets are so well looked after by the cleaners. The public oh my dear!

I really love this park! Came there this morning at 7 a.m. (Saturday) and not crowded at all; but maybe coz it's fasting month tho. The entrance gates are a lot! Make sure you remember where you park and which gate you entered from. The overall park area is clean and well maintained, toilets are clean (20c), parking area is ok, scenery is superb as you can see KL tower and KLCC with the lake as foreground. So pretty! Bicycle rent is RM10 per hour or the tandem one for RM20. Many counters of it you can easily find one. But I spent my time fully jogging. The thing is, there are many ways and junctions inside and you can easily get lost 😅 The first round I was still roaming here and there ended up like 4km til I reached the starting point haha. The contour is almost flat making your session easy to forget about the mileage and not much foot fatigue (done my 16km session there and feel fresh afterwards). Definitely easier compared to Taman Botani Perdana or Bukit Jalil stadium 😅 9 a.m. already feels hot so come early for your long run session.

Pro beautiful park with landscape Spectacular night view of KL skyscrapers like Twin Tower, KL Tower, and Merdeka Tower. Con Too many food stalls and bicycle renting. Taman tasik became pasar malam complete with heavy charcoal smoke from wing stall, which is carcinogenic, btw. Limited parking because most parking spots taken by food stalls, bicycles, and neon lighted vehicles renter. Cleanliness very bad because the food stall and picnickers just dump food waste wherever they like. Pity the cleaner in the morning . Cleaning work has tripled since the food stall started to appear since 1 year ago. Lake needs to be cleaned up, too many green root like plants appearing on the lake, which makes fish hard to swim particular area. So many gates are closed nowadays. Even the main gate at the front center of the park is closed for so long. Guard didn't open the gate because he didn't want to close at night, which caused inconvenience to park visitors.

Another beauty in the heart of the city. Big and clean park with beautiful cityscape from every angle around the lake. Went on the right timing...last day of the Floral Festival. Beside the newly landscaped flowers and nursery stalls, there were very interesting art sculptures, interior designed mock-up balconies, pedal kayaking, a glamping area, a horse stable, food trucks, cafes and even free health screening section by the lake. Everything was spread out and organised very well. Toilets were clean and worth paying 20 cents per entry. I joined in the run, spent 3 hours strolling while taking photos and had to miss the maze. Parking was limited being a Sunday and an event day.

This park is a great place for family time. There are bicycle rentals near the entrance, RM10/hour. There are also drink and snack stalls such as Ayam Gunting, takoyaki, lokching, buko etc. The path is divided into walking path and cycling path. But, be careful with children when cycling as they walk and run around carelessly around the park. Restrooms are clean and there are lots of them around the park. 50¢ per entrance if I'm not mistaken. There are also benches and tables for visitors to have a picnic. The scenery looks better around sunset time and nighttime. You can easily get here by MRT Putrajaya line (HKL station), only 5 minutes walking needed. Recommended.
