Beautiful view, strategic location and open access to the public - that what matters most
Any facilities built for the public need to be accessible, that's how it will benefit the public - it should be functioning, clean and cheap if not free of charge
Especially when it comes to encouraging physical activities and active life styles, it is a way better to come to this area in the morning or every weekend with family and friends rather than hanging out at malls - indulging with sedentary lifestyles at high cost
So I have to congratulate the local authority for this great effort and initiative and lets hope it will continuously be taken care of, maintained and improvised I went there this month with friends; we had such a wonderful time, riding a tandem bicycle at Rm 30 per hour circling the lake and discovering many areas in the park
There is a restaurant inside the park but I guess it would be pricey but there is another alternative which is a food court nearby; I could not compare the price or comment on it or the taste since I did not have my meals there. When I came, the cafe was not yet open and there were not many options at the food court during that time
The nearby makan places would be at kampung baru area - sambil spend time with family sambil makan-makan, but it will surely defeat the purpose of burning the fats and calories I just hope the garden, the flora, the playground and the mini water park for the children to play and family to hang out will stay foc and well-maintained as it will provide an option for lower socioeconomic family to enjoy their weekend healthily in an economic way
I do wish in future, the tandem bikes and the water recreational activities will be cheaper and supported by local authorities to encourage more physical activities among those who live in urban areas but cannot have access to private fitness centers due to financial issues There are small book racks spotted in some areas, in case one decides to sit and face the beautiful scenery of the lake while reading some books You can also donate your old books, magazines and novels at home here Let others have opportunities to read the materials, hopefully the readers will know how to appreciate the efforts well
There are many spots if you would like to have a picnic and enjoy the good weather and toilets are available However when I came there, the mini water park and some items in the playground were under maintenance; hopefully it won't take long and will be available shortly to public And for those instafamous, please promote this place so the public will be able to make use of the facility well, and to promote healthier lifestyle
I would like to express my appreciation to those who are patrolling the area for being very responsive; last time there was an elderly fell down from the bike and got injured around the limbs and face. It's very important to ensure the facility is safe and the team actively monitors the surroundings to ensure no one...

Such a beautiful park the Government has prepared for us Malaysians and look what happen to our civic consciousness to ensure this place we ultimately own is looked after and ensured cleanliness at full speed! But where is that little sense? Do we dirty our house like that? The cleaners are doing a wonderful job every morning cleaning after many dirty garbage throwers everywhere inside and outside the park. If I do not write on behalf of the cleaners, I am doing a disservice to them! Come here everyday Council (DBKL?) and see (open your big eyes) whichever Officer In Charge who is not doing their job! You can propose and earn DBKL more money by issuing summons!!!!! Come weekends...OMG...I am sure DBKL will get to earn thousands of summons every Saturday nights!!! Then on Sundays, every person that exercise at this beautiful park do not have to feast on eyesores overflowing thrash bins and smelly park...yucky!! DBKL, here's over to you. My eyes on you and wishing you all the best in improving the park! Not to embarrass ourselves more especially Sunday photos will be heart wrenching the garbage.
Overall must try park in...

The park’s highlight is its large scenic lake, which reflects the iconic skyline of KL, including the Petronas Twin Towers and KL Tower in the background – a view that makes it a popular spot for both locals and tourists.
The jogging and cycling tracks around the lake are wide, clean, and well-maintained, making it a favorite place for morning and evening workouts. Many people come here for jogging, brisk walking, rollerblading, and cycling. There are also open areas for group workouts, yoga, and tai chi, giving the park a lively yet relaxing atmosphere. Families love bringing their kids here, as there are spacious playgrounds, water play areas, and plenty of room for children to run freely and enjoy outdoor activities.
What makes Tasik Titiwangsa special is the balance it offers between being a peaceful escape and an active recreational hub. The shady trees, landscaped gardens, and calm waters of the lake make it ideal for those who want to relax, sit on the benches, or even have a simple picnic with friends and family. The park is also popular with photographers, especially in the evening when the sunset colors reflect beautifully on the lake against the city skyline.
Accessibility is another strong point. Located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, the park is easy to reach, with ample parking and nearby public transport. The facilities are well-maintained, with restrooms, seating areas, and food stalls available around the area. Weekends and evenings can get busy, but the park is spacious enough that it rarely feels overcrowded.
Overall, Tasik Titiwangsa is more than just a park – it’s a green lung for Kuala Lumpur, a place where people of all ages come to exercise, relax, and enjoy the outdoors. Whether you’re a jogger, a family with kids, a photographer, or simply someone looking for fresh air and a peaceful environment, this park is an excellent choice and a must-visit...
