Roti: At first, I was worried to to even try after reading a few bad ratings. However I followed my gut and it was worth it. The roti is good and definitely above average. The outer crispy part combined with the fluffiness inside made it so yummy. You then dip it with mixture of fish curry, dhal and sambal which makes in even better.
Maggie goreng: There is definitely a distinctive taste in their maggie goreng and I pretty darn sure it comes from their sambal.(same sambal for the roti) The sambal has a subtle ginger flavour which I love. (not sure if you don't like gingery taste) Nevertheless, the taste is definitely good and above average. However, one small complaint that I have is the anney didn't properly stir my fried maggie goreng as i can still see patches of sambal in my maggie goreng. Maybe he was being rushed as there were many orders during my visit.
Cleanliness: The restaurant is clean. Definitely way cleaner than most mamaks. Very recommended if you wanna bring your family here.
Service: The service is surprisingly very good. The staffs will serve you with smile on their face. One of the staffs was being very attentive to me and hand me over a tissue after I finished washing my hands. Bravo. Surprisingly, there was little shouting for orders between staffs which you would normally hear in mamak restaurant. Not here as the noice is under controlled.
To conclude, definitely worth a visit for the roti. The maggie goreng is good but there is...

I’ve had Roti before, but this is the best I’ve had so far. Here’s how it works:
You sit down anywhere. Order one of the roti they offer (there’s a ton to choose from, just ask for a verbal description of what they are). It will come on a metal platter with three sauces. They’ll give you a fork and knife, but just tear it with your hands, get messy and enjoy that succulent, delicious, delectable, flaky roti and sauces.
There are three sauces and no choice. They’re all good though. They are yellow, red, and orange, presumably different types of curry. The red one looks spicy, but it’s just mildly so, if at all and actually kinda sweet.
I ordered just one, which wasn’t enough. I ordered two other different items (not roti), which were good, but honestly the roti canai is perfect on its own. If you want one really decadent, get one with butter. You’ll feel super gluttonous and sexy eating it lmao.
Get a beverage from the beverage vendor inside the restaurant.
You’ll need to wash your hands. Head back past the grill and there’s a sink on the right. Get some napkins to dry your hands from the beverage vendor. Pay after eating.
If you enjoy roti, this is a must visit in KL. Also the prices were dirt cheap. For two people I think we barely...

UPDATE: Gone are the 5 star food days. Ordered the same under new owners (took over 2 years ago from the retired original owners) food this early April 2021 and it has watered down for every single dish we ordered. The signature roti and thosai valentine is no longer thick in portions and no longer crunchy. Teh tarik is just like any mamak. Not consistent as we ordered a few cups. Maggi goreng is acceptable as it was not oily. Roti salut sardine was just ok. Sup Kambing is too oily and just so-so. Roti chanai kosong was soggy and rubbery (it used to be crunchy under the ori owners). Don't see the place crowded like yester years. It could be slow on a Sunday evening due to the pandemic but still... Anyhow, don't take my word for it. Go try and see if it brings back the same cravings you had in the past. All the best to the new owners with the new...
