(MCO Delivery) I usually do not write reviews for food deliveries as most of the time the quality of the food is heavily affected by delivery speed, which is not within the control of the restaurant but the third party service provider involved. Since there is no complicated process involved in making my dessert I decided to make this an exception for the less than desirable experience I had this afternoon.
On paper, the pandan soy pudding sounds full of potential to give a refreshing, grassy taste to a traditional dessert but reality hit me with just normal soy pudding with green colouring. The taro balls were purely... awful. I ordered all flavours available and everything just... tasted like a variety of soap and shampoo. There’s no way around writing this... it is what it is. I threw half of the dessert away because I know it would be more soul crushing if I continue digging in.
I’m not going to be one of those people who would say “the soy pudding sold at roadside store/ wet market near XX street is way better and it’s 5 times cheaper” as I understand the marketing and product testing cost involved in operating this brand. To be exact, my disappointment (and disgust) stemmed from the mismatch between price and quality received. While I did not expect to receive Michelin star quality fine dessert, the soapy taste has definitely made a lasting bad first impression for me, and I certainly will not...

The Original Tau Fu Fah (the one with brown sugar boba) - RM11.23 Components: Pandan Tau Fu Fah (add RM1.42, can also choose original flavor tau fu fah). Plus brown sugar syrup (can also choose original syrup, no add cost)
Triple 'Q' Tau Fu Fah (the one with small, colorful, chewy taro balls) - RM10.28 Components: Pandan Tau Fu Fah, small chewy taro balls, black and white grass jelly.
The tau fu fah itself is very smooth, super silky. Portion is similar to 2 bowls of the small container of the normal taufufah we usually buy at the night market. So if you're not so hungry, better share with someone.
You'll be served with the brown sugar syrup and a cup of sugarless soy milk to pour inside. Recommended to pour half of the brown sugar syrup first before adding more because it could be very sweet.
Tldr; delicious and refreshing. Def would come again and try other soy desserts here. Satisfies my sweet...

Purchased 1 soy milk to drink right away (which was actually good) and 2 bottles to go - asked how long it could be kept and the guy said "put in fridge can already". Naturally you'd think it should be fine if it's all consumed in a week.
On the third day one of the bottles coagulated and you'd also think that soy milk shouldn't coagulate? Tried to contact customer support, non-responsive worker escalated and said "the boss will call".
Expecting an amicable solution, spoke to "the boss" only to be told "it was common sense that soy bean lasts at most 2 days - we don't have a refund policy. Not even a replacement or discount.
Last time I ever get soymilk from these guys....
