It is good to sleep in this hotel because it is very close to all public transport such as rapid bus, monorail, lrt, many taxi, there are restaurants and KK mart nearby as well.
I just want to highlight about customer service reception staff how to handle customers. I booked the hotel online and already paid. I made a special request at Agoda for a late check-in, because I was afraid to arrive late because I was traveling from Butterworth Penang-KL Sentral by bus, from KL Sentral I took Grab to come to this hotel because I booked and PAID! and stop at this hotel to spend the night for a while to return to Pahang the next day. Unexpectedly, it was late. When I wanted to check in, the staff there said I couldn't because it was late, I told him that I had informed Agoda earlier that there might be a delay, (Bangladeshi staff) said I couldn't check in, I said I already paid booked and paid online in advance a few days before at Agoda, he didn't even ask me for booking confirmation no, he just asked my name, he said he did have my name, he insisted on me, I don't understand what can't be done? I'm checking in here to rest and take a shower, nap and check out as per the fixed time, I don't know how the hotel teaches the staff to serve customers, in the middle of the night, I'm with my daughter, the staff is really rude!! this is the first and last time. Very very disappointing.
whereas the check-in time is after 2:00pm, why can't you accept me checking in late, when I PAID! for the hotel for a 24-hour stay in your room hotel.
The entire bed in the superior room is small even if 2 people sit, the cleanliness of the hotel and room is ok. Suggestion suitable for a night's sleep stopover for the next destination. You know lah this is...
Read moreI recently had a highly disappointing experience during my stay at Le Ruiz Boutique Hotel, and I feel compelled to share my experience in this review.
Upon arriving at the hotel at 9:30 AM, I requested to store my luggage until the official check-in time at 3:00 PM, as I had meticulously planned my day. To my dismay, the receptionist flatly denied my request without providing any reasonable explanation or assistance.
I showed him evidence from both the official hotel website and the booking description, clearly stating that the hotel offers luggage storage services. Shockingly, the receptionist insisted that they didn't provide such services, which was in direct contradiction to their own information.
When I asked to speak with the manager to resolve this issue, the receptionist shrugged me off, telling me to find the manager myself. Consequently, I was left stranded in the hotel lobby with my luggage for nearly three hours, disrupting my entire day.
I specifically selected this hotel because of its advertised luggage storage services, and it is utterly unacceptable that they failed to deliver on this promise.
My recommendation to potential guests: beware of false advertising and poor customer service at Le Ruiz...
Read moreThe only good thing about this hotel is the reception staff. They were courteous and always welcoming with smile. Other then that it’s just normal. I have rated it 4 stars on the basis of location and courteous staff. Otherwise I would have rated further lower. As you can see in the picture, one of the button was not there and my son got electric shock. Luckily he was wearing shoes and circuit breaker triped otherwise things could have been fatal. Upon request the front reception staff asked their staff to put tape on it. As shown in pictures. Room was very congested. Maybe due to standard room. And tv got only 9 channels out of which only 4 or 5 were available. some were not working or streaming was not available. On the whole staff was really nice and hotel location is fine other then that it’s hard to find anything good in this hotel. it is good for those on very tight budget...
