My recent stay at Hotel 28 Titiwangsa was a delightful experience from start to finish. While the hotel itself didn't have a cafe on-site, I was pleasantly surprised to find an excellent restaurant just a stone's throw away, making it an ideal choice for foodies like me!
The hotel's accommodations were comfortable and well-maintained. My room was spacious and thoughtfully decorated, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
The staff at there were incredibly friendly and attentive. They made sure that I had everything I needed and offered great recommendations for nearby dining options. Their genuine hospitality added a personal touch to my stay.
As for the dining situation, the hotel may not have had its own cafe, but the nearby restaurant more than made up for it. I thoroughly enjoyed my meals there, as they offered a diverse menu with delicious dishes that catered to various palates. It was convenient to have such a fantastic dining option within walking distance of the hotel.
The location of Hotel 28 Titiwangsa was also quite convenient for exploring the city's attractions. I could easily access public transportation from the hotel, which made getting around a breeze.
Overall, my stay at Hotel 28 Titiwangsa was fantastic. If you're looking for a comfortable and welcoming hotel, I highly recommend staying here. I'll definitely be back on my next visit...
Read moreWe booked the triple room (one queen bed + one single bed) for 4d3n and it costed us around RM300+ only. The receptionist asked us if we want our room to be on the 3rd or the 4th floor and we chose the one on the 3rd floor.
Honestly we had very low expectations especially after seeing some bad reviews before arriving. But the room is not bad at all tbh.
The lobby smells very nice. (Good first impression) The staffs are very helpful but maybe can be a little bit friendlier. Parkings are only hard when it’s peak hours. The area is a bit scary and secluded but nothing bad happened to us. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
The bed is clean & comfortable, the a/c & water heater is working just fine. Took us some time to figure out the tv and i think the only downside about our room is how the size is quite small (minimal empty spaces so it was quite cramped for muslims to pray in the room) and the hotel is VERY near to the train station so it was quite loud whenever a train passes.
I think it’s quite a good deal as we didn’t spend much time in the room anyways. Overall a good choice if you’re just looking for a place to sleep...
Read moreBeware this hotel falsely advertise daily house keeping on Agoda when you arrive after you have booked and paid you find out you have to use your towels and bedding for 3 days before any house keeping is done in your room yet on your Agoda booking it clearly states daily house keeping, In a hot and humid country where you have 2 or 3 showers a day by the end of day 3 your towels would be putrid and stinking before you could get fresh ones , The reception staff was extremely rude and unhelpful , Agoda was also unhelpful I did not end up checking in because of these conditions Agoda will not refund because of the hotels cancellation policy seems they can have a policy like this but not honour what be they advertise and you believe your going to receive for your money, I have now had to resort going though paypal to try i get a refund. If that fails I will pursue the issue with consumer affairs in my country , I feel Agoda is responsible as much as the hotel as they allow this hotel to dishonor what is advertised on their site Do yourself a big favour and book ...
