i choose the one with a professional haircut with an extra demand charge for chinese new year season that cost RM 20 . i ask for a simple short wolfcut hairstyle , and the stylist give me a bob haircut instead without my consent . he told me before that he just suggested to do a little longer wolfcut hairstyle but instead he just change it totally into bob hairstyle that i have been despise with my whole life . my last haircut was in 26 April 2024 at saloon that much more cheaper and understanding what the customer wants and plus give me better customer service . i have been keeping and waiting my hair to grow for almost half year . if i need to paid it would be totally wasted but they did apologies and this haircut was free . the damage has been done and you cant undo it since my hair already too short to fix . please to the stylist you have the worst taste in deciding what best for your customer. i just need your skills to make my dream hair come true but i ended up crying for hours and can’t look myself in the mirror . thanks for the the assistant manager fast act and give me compensation. but if you want to come here please choose someone more professional so you won’t get the ‘not quality just arrogant’ type of stylist. i didnt get his name due to sadness overwheming so i couldnt spill it here. but to avoid this matter for repeating. i hope they will change him or educate him more because I thought customer service is your top priority as per wrote in...
Read moreThis is how I know most reviews are bought and promoted by the establishment. I went in for a wash and blow on the 26th of May. I was really looking forward to it. I made the appointment early and got there right on time. My first impression was none of them were friendly and none of them appeared too enthusiastic to take me as a client. I was made to sit in the chair for close to 15 minutes before anyone came over. Mind you that the entire saloon was EMPTY. The most junior staff then proceed to wash my hair at the sink and he was really really not good. I didn’t say much as I put it down to his poor training. He did a very poor job and the entire wash part of my service was done in less than 10 minutes. Then the blowing. Another senior staff accompanied the guy to blow my hair but he was tugging my hair soooo bad, she made him leave and took over. She blew my hair, and I could stilll feel it was wet on the inside but thought she would tackle that later. She then proceed to tell me the service was done AND I KID U NOT I LOOK LIKE I HAVENT COMBED MY HAIR IN DAYS!!! I was so upset, I even asked other staff and they all agreed that I looked worse’s then when I walked in!!! How is this acceptable???? From my first hair cut session, I was impressed by her skills because she managed to fix my badly permed hair just by introducing layers and taught me some styling tricks. The photos are from my second visit (and the most recent) and she definitely delivered the result I wanted.
She listened to what I wanted and provided professional feedback - I wanted a very wavy style so I requested a perm from root but she reckoned that will be hard to manage. Instead, she layered my hair and permed it more wavy than usual to achieve the same result.
Besides her great hairstyling skills, she was also a reasonable sales person. She did not push expensive products for the sake of it, rather she recommended packages/products from the customer perspective and what would be a bang for your buck. I appreciate this because most hair salons I've visited only cares about milking your money, but she cares more about building relationships.
I have been searching high and low for a good hairstylist - great skill and attitude for the past few years and I think I might just have found the one!
