I would like to bring your attention to my incident with one of your employees. Incident happened on September 20th, Friday. I was so excited to explore your museum and I arrived at 11:56am in front of the entrance. My apologies for not checking the museum opening time.
A female security officer came towards and said to me that the workers’ lunch time was at 12pm and afterwards they had praying ceremonies. I was told to come back at 3pm.
At 2:48pm, I went back and saw the same female security officer that I spoke to earlier. I asked if I could go inside. Unexpectedly, I was scolded by her saying “tak boleh!” with her finger pointed at the notice on the wall. I was confused and I said to her I could park my vehicle first then come back at 3pm if I’m still early with a nice tone. She then raised her voice and screamed at me with two words “tak boleh” and said that I should asked how to register for the parking then she ignored me totally when I asked further questions.
I am a consumer, an educator, a good neighbor, a good friend in community and school … I do not deserve what I am treated. I speak to her politely and I follow her instructions. The attitude that your security officer gave me was unnecessary and unacceptable. This unprofessional attitude should not be used in any hospitality industrial specialty at an educational professionalism establishment.
I cannot express enough with words that how much insults I have received from her and my day...
Read moreAn antiquated, old-style museum housed in a heritage 1928 building on the campus of the Institute for Medical Research (IMR). Nice place to learn more about science. Good place to bring kids for exposure more experience and knowledge. The first gallery displays some antique laboratory equipment like microscopes and scales, models of the life cycle of the mosquito and old photos and documents. The other gallery contains specimen jars full of snakes, other creatures and diseased human organs preserved in formaldehyde. A museum that display for all the medical history. Very Recommended to family...
Read moreThe museum is within walking distance from Monorail Chow Kit. Specimen, preserved wildlife are varied and super interesting. There’s an escort to show us around but i felt bad for him to have to wait for us, so i asked him to slightly brief us and we will help ourselves around the museum.
But one thing tho. Akak Security there i think her named was Nilawati or Niwati, maybe akak boleh try to be more professional dan bertenang. There’s a difference between being strict and being rude. Id gave a five but the akak’s attitude...
