FRATINI HOTEL, LABUAN|10-11 MARCH 2023 (FRI-SAT)||3rd Floor, Room 302.||One of the cheap hotel in Labuan. Entrance skirting missing. The entrance ceiling & bathroom ceiling have water mark. Bathroom ceiling is bulging & bathroom wall marble is fungus. The TV desk, make up desk, & mini bar desk have a lot of mark especially from cigarette mark. The entrance mirror have a lot of marking, window glass have mark. ||They are no lift available in this building, then you’ve to climb to up stairs until 4th floor. No mini fridge, no iron & ironing board, no hairdryer, no safety box. ||The wifi connection is look good, & aircond is functioning very well. The wifi connection is look good and connected fast. They have old furniture, make up light at desk is fused, the wall at the head of bed is peeling off, entrance door ceiling light & one of the bathroom ceiling light is not functioning. ||The room is cozy, but have a lot of hair on the floor. Have stained at the duvet cover, & only have 4 types of tv channels. The tv channels is limited choice. The bathroom Floor is very slippery during wet. I got here for a week on work, and sudden lockdown ensured that it is over a fortnight now. Mr Lu is a generous host, helpful, kind and hospitable. My room is very spacious, has the amenities I need when I'm travelling and working at the same time. And the location is the cherry on the cake. Located right in the middle of prime town, everything - sights to see, shops, restaurants, grocery, supermarket, pharmacy - is just around you. Our room is on the 3rd floor, so its quite the workout to get up there.

No hair dryer provided Towel provided is quite yellowish Bathroom cleanliness 6/10 Bed got few stains & got a funky smell

Soo basically this hotel is not really well maintained Room door hard to open Toilet door got water damage on the outside of the toilet TV only got 1 damn channel.. Fridge provided is rusty
