Labuan Fortune Hotel — Hotel in Labuan Island

I was given a family room in 1st floor, just above the reception. There were constantly people opening and closing (or should I say banging?) the door next to our room, without any consideration, even in the middle of the night. I checked out the next morning, and I realised it's the emergency door. I would like to think that it has to be the workers who would used the door. ordinary hotel guests would use lift instead. Booked a room with 2 single beds for 4 days & 3 nights. The room's airconditioner is good, there's also but with limited channels. There were no electric kettle for us to heat water. The electric kettle was put on the ground floor near the receptionist area. There was no iron for us to use either. Was hoping for the hotel to have an iron as I was attending a formal event but there were none in the hotel. However, everything's good & I would stay there again.
