Win Cafe — Restaurant in Labuan

I don’t normally like to write bad reviews but something needs to be done with this one.

Food arrived 1 hour+ later, no apologies, nothing. Chicken was not fresh, you can easily tell that it wasn’t cooked at the same day because of the texture.

Eating it made my stomach ache right after. With the premium price yall are charging, at least get the service right can or not? Fix your SOP lah.

Till then, just look elsewhere if you’re hungry because this place will test...

The food was actually quite good, but the service really needs improvement. There were clearly not enough staff — the same person was taking orders, handling the cashier, serving food, and cleaning tables. Even the kitchen seemed understaffed, as the food took a very long time to arrive despite the restaurant not being busy. It was quite frustrating having to wait so long. 1st impression that smell can hit your throat idk whether the combination from the cook and seat leather but it's smell bad like teenager room.

Then I ordered crispy chicken rice, guess what???? I get plain rice not the normal chicken rice . I ask the staff bout the rice then she said yes the restaurant use plain rice instead the normal chicken rice. Then I cancel and order other menu.
