I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Labuan Point and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. The hotel's location couldn't be better; situated in the heart of Labuan city , it was just a stone's throw away from all the major attractions . The facilities at the hotel were top-notch. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the city. However, what truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. They were always friendly, attentive, and eager to assist with any request or inquiry I had.Overall, my experience at Hotel Labuan Point was nothing short of fantastic. With its prime location, excellent facilities, and impeccable service, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable...
Read moreStayed here for 10 days 9 nights. Room is okay but hotel is a bit old. Room cleanliness can be improved though. Iron board is very sad, please please please replace them with newer ones. On my 2nd last stay, aircond broke down intermittently at night. When I call reception, it was on again but broke down shortly after. I gave up trying to get help because it was already past midnight and I slept in sweat that night. Bathroom is awful because they remove the shower door so after you shower, floor is all wet. Breakfast buffet is average, nothing special but edible. Room service is delish. I love their nasi goreng kampung very, very much. Service is also excellent. Location is not really strategic since you need Grab to go to town. If you prefer hotel that is within walking distance to town, this is not the hotel you're looking for. There's a convenience store at ground level to buy snacks....
Read moreThe hotel has massive reviews and for good reason.
We booked this hotel through Agoda for a good price. What attracted me to this hotel was the price per room and its proximity to the airport. We were also attracted to the free airport transfer provided though it wasn't clear if it was just one way or for both ways (turns out it is for BOTH WAYS, double thumbs up!)
We were also allowed to check in at 1130am, which is unheard of in Peninsular Malaysia!
The beds were comfortable and we slept well on those beds. We didn't use the TV as we were out exploring Labuan.
The slight downer is that the hotel is slightly away from most major tourist attractions of Labuan town so you will need to hire a Grab or a Maxim to get around. In theory you could also walk from the city centre to the hotel but its a 20 minute walk through villages.
Overall still a very good and very nice hotel to stay...
