Brought my 2 dogs and family on 2 nights stay. Very friendly and attentive staff who helped to carry our luggages to the designated tent. Brief us politely and showed us the things included. Dog friendly glamping site however drivers need to take note the road to camp site is upslope and inclined is pretty steep, may face some challenge of it rains, road grip for car is of concern. Night is extremely cooling especially for my furkids. However, it is extremely unpleasant during mid day as the temperature inside the tent is very hot as there isn’t any aircon installed in the tent unlike some other glamping operators, not possible to stay or rest inside the tent at all. Considered pricey since breakfast is NOT included and No WIFI . For pet owners, pls bring your own pet beds as it is not comfortable since the floor is just gravel stones. ( Was mentioned that pets cannot sleep on the bed …). Overall still a great pretty...

I booked a tent with two double beds on Booking.com, thinking it was enough for my family of five.

However, when we arrived, the person in charge refused to let us check in. He told us that the booking was only for two people, not five, and that we needed to pay extra for the additional guests. He claimed their pricing is based on the number of people, not the tent itself.

I explained that during the booking process, there was no clear indication or notice that pricing was per person. This is clearly a problem between the property and the booking platform, and not something that should be unfairly imposed on guests upon arrival. I felt forced and deceived into paying more.

Also, we had to bring our own food and cookware, there was no fridge or water dispenser, and the parking space was very small. Definitely not worth the price. A bad experience overall – we won’t be...

The booking description stated that the unit is eligible for 4 pax. However, upon our arrival with 4 persons, the manager requested an additional payment of RM100 for the fourth person. We had already indicated in the booking details that only 3 pax would be coming. The room was prepared with 2 queen-size beds, and the extra charge was only for 1 bottle of mineral water and 1 reusable towel. When we questioned the charge, the manager told us that while we are free to file a complaint with the travel agency, we still had to make the RM100 payment.

Upon checking the official website, we found that all rooms are listed as having 2 queen-size beds and are clearly stated to accommodate up to 4 guests. This makes the extra charge unjustified...
