Kuantan Wind Homestay — Hotel in Pahang

Pro: Good location (10 min to beach or town by car). Big house that has 5 bedrooms. Can comfortably sleep 12 persons. WiFi was good. Owner CC lives nearby and was quick to respond to us.

Con: Shops are not walking distance. 3rd bedroom bathroom and 4th bedroom bathroom very small (one bathroom had been split to two bathroom with toilet). Bathroom was not clean; previous guest soap bar was on the soap tray. Number of toothbrush and toothpaste left on window sill. Bathroom for 3rd bedroom had intermittent issue with the light. Happened twice whereby the light did not come on. Cob Web in the corners of the house. TV is old with damaged speakers. Crackling sound from TV.

The main gate lock was not provided thus could not lock the gates. On our second night, we returned to find the gates had been locked and we were stranded outside for about half an hour. Lucky managed to call the owner and resolve the locked gate issue...
