A small yet cosy glamping Spot in Bukit Tinggi. Check in is at 3pm but we got there earlier and were allowed to drive in and wait.
The tent was clean with comfortable beds n clean sheets. We were abit dissapointed as we expected our 4 bed tent to be bigger. But the room was cool thanks to the aircond running. For an additional RM10, they can hang up a birthday banner/balloons at your tent if you are there to celebrate!
The environment was quiet and peaceful though it was shame tht the river nearby was not so safe. Alot of benches and a swing to while the afternoon away. Also a huge airy common hall where you can sit to chat or play some games. There is also a small swimming pool so dont forget to bring yr swimwear.
There are multiple sharing basis bathrooms with waterheater and separate basins outside with hairdryer. All clean and well maintained. There is also fridges incase you wanna stash up yr drinks/cake inside when you arrive.
We were asked for deposit and given some short clear instructions on who to contact incase of any emergency etc.
Dinner and the cookware was sent to our tent around 6pm with good portions for a nice steamboat and barbeque. It was all DIY which was part of the fun. We paid RM10 to the staff to clean/wash up after dinner. A nice touch was a campfire at 9pm where we could roast marshmellows. Breakfast the next morning was pre packed nasi lemak + coffee. Delicious.
We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. You can request for mosquito coils to light up outside yr ‘porch’ during the evening. A good tip will to be bring a sanitizer and insect repellant to spray inside the tent. Thankfully we didnt encounter any bugs but the one thing i enjoyed the most was the natural music ochestra during bedtime!!!
Overall an enjoyable stay though it would hv been nice to have some added activities around like maybe a carrom board, pingpong table or some board games at the common hall.
Free parking, free wifi and you can plan to visit and buy fresh fruits & vege at the nearby Bukit Tinggi markets (just 4 mins away) after checking out. And for those foodies, pack along some teatime snacks & drinks as its not provided. (Though there is a coway hot n...
Read moreI only awarded the location three stars out of five Like Luca Camp 1, the room in Luca Camp 4 is well-maintained, has three beds, air conditioning, and is pleasant without mosquitoes However, the carpet has to be improved because the color is not as nice as it is in Luca Camp 1, but everything else is good Cats should not go to Luca Camp 1 because I was surprised, shocked, and afraid when I went to use the restroom I have a cat fear, therefore the cat chased me to Luca Camp 1, forcing me to quickly run into the room
I only awarded the location three stars out of five The service is good; for example, they serve vegetarian and non-vegetarian steamboats for dinner, along with meats like chicken and pork However, they should not serve pork because we have a Malay colleague who saw us eating and cooking pork in front of her, which made us feel ashamed, disrespectful, and out of step with Malay culture This needs to be fixed and avoided so that Malay people can come and enjoy non pork-based meal Additionally, the room needs to be moved away from the water wave since we are afraid when we sleep and it might be harmful when the water wave runs quickly This is especially true when it rains, so it must be avoided to prevent danger
I only awarded the location three stars out of five since there are a lot of insects in the toilet when we shower or use the sink, and there are two green insects near the hairdryer mirror This needs to be fixed so that there are no creatures in any of the restrooms we use To keep the vibes going all day and all night, the place should have enjoyable games, activities, or other things to...
Read moreTook my partner for a short getaway here and I’m absolutely MIND-BLOWN by how good this place is!
The tent was well maintained and equipped with comfy beds as well as an aircond! The moment we got there they had prepared the room and had the aircond running so it was cold and nice🥰
Environment was very chill and quiet. The area came with multiple shared bathrooms(with water heater), a multipurpose hall, some tables and chairs for people to drink or chit chat, and a fish pond! So many spots here are instagram worthy!
Food served was very decent. We thought the hotpot ingredients wouldn’t be enough but to our surprise, we couldn’t even finish them! All the food as well as cookware were delivered right to your tent. You didn’t even need to move to get food!
Last but not least, the service crew here was TOP NOTCH 🤩 I couldn’t find a single thing to comment because they did their jobs so well. Very attentive to demands and made sure your place was clean and tidy! One of them even helped to get bugs out of our tent!
If there’s one thing I can share, especially to people who don’t like bugs, you can choose other time slots as March - May is cicada season. And you would find yourself dodging them like bullets at night 😥
Overall other than the bugs, I had nothing to complain about. Splendid job on everything and we really enjoyed our stay. Will find time to come back...
