Garden View Restaurant — Restaurant in Pahang

It was my first visit at 枫林品鲜馆 with my mom and it turned out to be a bad decision. I was really disappointed with their service. We ordered farm frog meehon and it was fine at the beginning until we found some of the uncooked farm frog. We never made a fuss over this matter. We politely shown the uncooked farm frog to the waiter and not a single apologise/explanation was given. They discounted 10% which is (RM6.80) in the bill but tbh if we really care about getting discount because of the uncooked farm frog, we will probably shouting and demanding for full discount on the bill but we are not. We thought that the waiter will come over and apologize for this matter but nah. They just ignored us because they thought they already discounted on our bill and that was more than enough. Really? I should just order RM12 nett for a bowl of fish meehon instead of RM10/100g farm frog meehon....

It a family trip of total 12 pax. It an unpleasant experience in this garden view restaurant. Firstly, we waited for an hour for our dishes because of the tour bus that came after us. Secondly, the boss is not honest. She recommended us a fish that cost RM250 but when the fish came. The fish do not have any meat because she said all the meat is given to another customer so she gave us the fish head and all the bone. Basically, the price we are charged are the weight of the fish head and bone. Thirdly, the total bill cost is RM450 but we only had half of a fish, 1 tofu, 1 eggs and 3 vegetables. There is no meat which I felt this is totally overpriced. If you want to come here and eat, beware of what the lady boss recommend the food. Lastly, the food do not taste nice too. We like the environment but were so disappointed with this restaurant lately.

First of all, they don't serve the standard Chinese tea anymore. Only premium Chinese tea 🤔. We ordered the Chinese tea as usual but the staff told us "don't have" & told us to order the premium Chinese tea with premium price "la" that was displayed on the table. A full service Chinese Air conditioner restaurant don't even operate in such way 🤨 Food just so so, nothing to comment.

Secondly, the Chinese boy with black frame glass (always in the counter desk) was a horrible crew. He acts like he is a multi millionaires guy. Asked him questions (reluctant to open his mouth with bad sour face) Stay home since with such bad attitude.
