Pantai Regal City Hotel @ Kuantan City Centre — Hotel in Pahang

Stayed in the hotel for 1 night . The reason of choosing the hotel to stay is because its in the heart of City Centre . Just walking distance to both ECM & KCM mall .

Room : Deluxe King (sideroad view)- Decent size room , toilet with see through window over looking the bed , water heated shower , cabinet and such …. The only flaws was the Bedsheet and Pillows have some kind of distinctive smell and asking for extra pillow will be charge RM5 . Also do check that your toilet have liquid shampoo container , round soap , 2 toothbrush , comb , cotton bud, sanitary bag ….if not upon checked out when housekeeping check the room , front desk will questioned if any gone missing especially the shampoo container which they didn’t put it on the first place . Oh yes, make sure you close the window curtain as I can see you from below .

At front desk , upon checked in , make sure you are prepared with extra money for deposits and RM3 sustainability fee even when paid through Agoda . Also, when ask if all remote controller in working condition they confidently said YES but when you get into the room , both TV and FAN controller out of battery .

One of the front desk staff called us last night and instead of saying, "Hello. I'm sorry to bother you tonight. But, could you keep it down? It's already 10 p.m. and it's bothering the others."
