OLDTOWN White Coffee | The Forum (Tun Ismail) — Restaurant in Pahang

Poor service. My friend came first and had ordered a drink already. When the two of us came nobody attended to us. Maybe it is company policy to press the buzzer that is fixed on the table so that staff will come to us, I don't know. But someone came and gave us the menus. My other friend ordered a drink while I was still deciding and the waiter left without asking whether I had decided or not. Strange. The place was not busy then insofar as I could see. Nevermind. When I finally was able to order, I ordered iced Limau Kasturi. I am very sure what came was iced Limau nipis. The drink itself was very sour as if no sugar was added at all. Definitely the Limau nipis portion of the drink was more than adequate, had sugar or adequate sugar was added it would have been a full bodied drink worthy of its name. I spilled my drink. My fault. 90 % of what was left at that time was on the floor. Someone did come to " clean " it up, his definition was to clear half of the spilled liquid and ice only, still leaving visible puddles of Limau nipis water remaining on the floor. I miss the prawn mihun of old town n have been bz to come to restaurant. Is been a year i dint cone here. As i can remember they have sambal that paired with the prawn mihun, when i request with the assistant button, i press 4 time n no one come to my table. I wave my hand n ask a staff to come over to give me the sambal. But for 2 time , staff bring "kuah" same as sup prawn mihun. I was dissappoinment, for 2 time i rejected what they send, no one is care to come to my table and give assistant, i mean, when request is rejected twice, there must b some problem somewhere n supervisor suppose to come and meet the customer, even there are no sambal but listening n b attentive to customer is a must. I hope the training for staff must b carry on n a highly customer service orientated attitude is what customer expect. Pls...

Worst Old Town White Coffee experience! Order a Chicken Hor Fun, the hor fun is served like a lump, with one and only fish ball cut into halves, tasteless chicken breast slices that not more than 20 pieces, 3 pieces or I should say 3 cuts of green onions. Luckily the 2 prawns are remain but the soup is sweetened. It costs me RM15+ including taxes. I can’t taste the kaya paste in my toast and the butter are just 3-4 strips.
