Golden Roof Hotel Falim — Hotel in Perak

The room is quite okay and I got cheaper thru booking app.

1. There's free parking for this hotel so that you don't have to pay for public parking hourly rate.

2. There's vending machine at outside the building for any snack that you want. Other than that, there's oldtown white coffee restaurants just beside the hotel and Jisoo korean fried chicken. Both is quite nice.

3. I couldn't give rating more as the room has TV that broken and even toilet lamp that flickering which is broken. Kinda spoiled the mood. But the female staff during my check out is quite good as she noted the problem that i inform her. Kinda worried if I have to handle with male front staff as his tone is bit rude as he straight told the other client to complain the problem instead of telling him. At the very least you could note the problem and tell the proper process with proper tone.

4. Here no lift, only stairs so leg day...

Pros1. Room size is amazing very big.2. Equipment in room i.e. Kettle, Hair Dryer, and Towels. Only Slippers not provided.3. Water dispenses and iron provided on corridor.4. There is plenty of parking and there is cctv for safety. Cons1. No lift, if u have elder people a bit tough because need to go stairs or heavy luggage u need to carry and climb stair to the second floor.2. Room got stink of smoke；toilet equipment a little rough. It feels like it's breaking down, and also water heater was not hot on night；The bed is even more complicated. The sheets are either marked or ripped3. Those Indian travelers very noice on midnight, it wakes u up when u fall asleep, and the staff doesn't...

I have been traveling to Ipoh every week since last year. I always book your hotel because the price is reasonable and for cleanliness of the room. However recently i noticed that the room condition is terrible. The floor is sticky, the bathroom is very dirty and the you have a schedule for heater. Can i know why do you guys have to switch in the heater at 7pm till 10pm? If we check in at 3pm, then we have to wait until 7pm to take our bath? I have complained many times to your receptionist but they always request us to file a complain in the website....
