1June2025 Now becoming my son's fav spot when he cut hair @ De Nick. Toilet still very clean, I'm impressed, continue with the good job ! Friendly staff as usual!

11 October 24 Been here again, same ordered some small bites and toast. Nice, and additionally I would say that good job that the toilet got improvement, it's clean. Good one, change my rating to full star. Keep it up. Staff here is friendly

Somewhere June 2024: Overall had a very great experience here I was waiting my wife to cut hair opened my laptop working here with my son. Ordered some small bites for my son and later informed them to pack it, the staff changed for me with a smile.

One of the staff, Zack even gave my son coloring paper and some color pencils. Later he even gave him a small freebies of ice cream

Really appreciate all the gesture from them. It makes a very good experience here.

The only thing can have some improvements is the toilet, it's cleaned, just that it has some bad odor, not sure from where it caused that.

We visited Old Town White Coffee Falim for tea time on 14th February 2025. The restaurant was not busy, and no new customers arrived after us. We ordered drinks and three light dishes. While our drinks and egg toast were served promptly, we waited nearly 30 minutes for the remaining two dishes—fries and sausages—which never arrived.

When I approached the staff to check on our order, it was clear that they had not even begun preparing the dishes. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the staff member named Amirul responded in a rude manner, despite the mistake being on their end.

Frustrated by the poor service, we decided to leave after paying only for what we had received. Even at the cashier, Amirul showed no courtesy in handling the situation and did not offer an apology. To make matters worse, he closed the cashier drawer loudly, which came off as disrespectful.

As someone who has been a regular customer of this outlet since it first opened, I’ve seen it through its peak and beyond. I still remember how packed it used to be during its golden era — a testament to how popular it once was.

Over the years, I’ve often heard people say that the food, drinks, and service at Old Town White Coffee have declined significantly. But personally, I’ve found that this particular outlet in Falim has managed to maintain a decent standard. The food and drinks are still consistent in taste and quality — perhaps not extraordinary, but certainly reliable.
