I'd Check in on early morning 17.12.2015 for family trip, with very cheap price.||The reception staff is very polite during check in and check out.||I thank the staffs very much for keeping my ID card/ MYKAD. Accidentally i left my ID card at the counter probably during check in.. and they kept the ID card for almost one month.
