Green Home Hotel — Hotel in Sepang

Ideal for a night layover. Got a great rest before our early morning flight. About 15-20min drive from Airport. Grab charged 30 ringit each way. The Grab to go to airport I booked in the early morning at 1:15 AM and it came to pick us up in 3 minutes.

The room is quite small but was sufficient for a layover and to rest. Room, towels and bathroom were clean and tidy. Air conditiong and hot water worked fine. The hotel is equipped with an ironing facility, kitchenette/pantry with complementary coffee, tea for guests.

Hotel management were very welcoming, helpful and respectful. They were responsive on WhatsApp. After asking for our estimated time of arrival, they managed to get the room ready for us to check in earlier, 1 hour before normal check in time. I had a cup of tea with brother Azman before leaving, who is the owner and founder of the hotel. A kind gentleman. Hopefully the new management will also continue providing exceptional service for their guests. 🙂

This hotel is great for a quick stopover on a budget. It's only 15 minutes from the airport and has restaurants next door and a 7eleven nearby. The staff are really friendly and they offer coffee, tea, and water refills. The rooms are small but clean, and the air conditioning works well. The price is amazingly cheap.

However, there's no elevator, so you'll need to carry your luggage to the second floor. It's a good idea to pack your overnight things in a smaller bag. Also, bring earplugs because some guests can be noisy, especially if they arrive late at night. One downside is that the air conditioning in the single rooms blows directly on the bed, which can be uncomfortable.

MAFIA/CORRUPTION We booked here 6 months ago. Long time in advance. We contacted them few days before coming to ask at what time is check-in time. They replied our reservation has been cancelled !!! Our reservation was still valid on Booking.com website and we didn't cancel it. After we insisted for explanation they finally told us that Oyo group is no longer business partner with Booking.com since October 1st 2024 so they both knew long time in advance but still cancelled last minute our reservation with no compensation.
