Ok the good stuffs first. The drinks are consistently great. Im a regular here and not once has the barista mixed up my order, even with the long queues. Even on days they worked night until 2am during promotions, they still get my orders right, panda eyes and all. That kind of dedication deserves a raise, seriously! Having said that, the queue can be painfully long. Today i’ve waited for ~30minutes and i witnessed infront of my very eyes, 2 customers backing off from ordering because they are not attended to. The barista didn’t even made eye contact. Not because they are rude, but because they were clearly overwhelmed. Their hands are full. Dear management, please look into your staffing. Don’t overwork your amazing baristas, they’re doing their best, but they’re stretched too thin. Please hire more staff, or better manage the peak hours. Also, the cleanliness needs work, spills and stains were already visible on the floor before 8am, and it’s obvious the crew doesn’t have enough time to maintain the space. This coffee joint is a gem, but if things don’t improve, you might start losing loyal customers. Please take care of your people...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I just want to give a huge compliment to the amazing team tonight. We had a small hiccup with our order—one of the drinks wasn’t quite what we expected—but the baristas handled everything with such professionalism and kindness.

From the moment we mentioned the issue, they immediately listened, smiled, and assured us they would take care of it. In no time, they not only corrected the drink but made sure every detail was perfect before handing it back. Their positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile turned what could have been a frustrating moment into a wonderful experience.

The drinks were delicious (the chocolate one with whipped cream and drizzle was a hit!) and the overall service truly stood out. It’s rare these days to find a team that balances speed, quality, and genuine hospitality so well.

my most visited zus branch as it's near to where i work so i'd always come to drop by my tumbler and pick up my drinks.

location wise, it's located between shop lots and it's right in front of the road so it's very easy to be located. however, at certain time of the day parking may be difficult to find but it's a good thing that the cafe allocated a parking spot for their customers.

staffs are very nice and attentive. service is also very fast. during peak hour it may take longer than usual to get your drink but that's completely understandable as the orders can get overwhelming.

the place is kept clean and i love the ambience. the songs played gives out some nice vibes. keep up the good work :)

some drinks i recommend having: not pistachio latte, watermelon latte, iced spanish latte, jasmine milk tea, iced buttercream...
