This place is the WORSEEE HOTEL EVERRRR!!! I go through one by one . First of all we check in on 26/8 all okay the 2 girl staff at the evening was friendly and nice. First time we came to the room already can smell strong smell of cigarettess barely can breath there but WE DIDNT COMPLAIN YET cause we know its a budget hotel. No towel provided and most basic features of hotel also not provided they provide list of additional charge for the basic items. We didnt stay much in the hotel as went sight seeing until late night. After midnight we came back ONLY TO SLEEP. I grab the blanket and saw there is a huge stain on the blanket looks like someone’s shit or puke. It was so disguisting . So i sent my partner to ask for a a new room or new blanket. After that i think like if this so basic thing also not clean what about the rest. The bed and everything. After that i went to talk to my partner and he said wait for the housekeeper to take new blanket, he also told that when my partner showed the picture of the blanket the housekeeper said in Malay (not knowing that my partner can understand malay) that its not a big deal cause its just the back of the blanket and they said there is no other room available. I go to my partner and We wait near the lift and the housekeeper came giving us new blanket and attitude WITHOUT SORRY AT ALL. He ask we to go to the receptionist to obtain sorry LOL. We went downstairs and talk to the girl . She already giving me attitude and i ask for a new room which she told my partner previously the dont have any room left. I showed the pics and ask for new room and mix my langguage with malay after that then she said oo change room to this and give new room card, wow suddently got room when my partner ask no room . DIDNT EVEN SAY SORRY AT ALL . I say oo no sorry at all and give me attitude some more then she only say “ok sorry” after 2 times i force her to say sorry . To the girl that work in the receiption at 27/8 2-3am you know who you are ! What a terrible and the worse customer service everrrrr at least try to be a good human being who can sleep in that condition! After that we went upstairs with dissapointment and after discussion we decide to check out as there could be bed bug which wont allow us to go back to our origin country. We pack and check out right after . That girl still didnt feel guitly at all. And we straightly check in to the Holiday Inn which is 2 mins walk. There we received a completely difference experience . From the worse to the best service ever! This hotel made us realized to never go to a budget hotel ever again, even tho we already read the reviews in agoda all saying its a nice hotel they probably have a good...

First of all, i'm not the type of person who would USUALLY gives reviews but I just had to brought this to this company's cooperation team views. I was serve by a muslim girl, she was being very SUPER sweet to me, i tell you. firstly when i arrive, i saw on their reception table where they displayed a paper saying their check-in time is at 2p.m and since i'm late, i apologize out of habit.. and her respond to me is very sweet, she even said that she's sorry that i have to go through all that trouble lol. eventhough my flight being delay is really none of her fault. what a sweet girl really
Read moreVery nice to see a new face in the establishment. The service has been nothing like before my past stays. The location of this hotel is very convient for travellers whom looking for a short break before or after flight as it's located near the airport. There's also a walking distant clinic in case of any emergencies guest be facing during staying.. a lot of restaurants to chose from too! So that's really settle.. the room is simple but for the price..it is okey. It very suits the kind of guests whom only looking for a short comfortable rest before continuing their journey. I have stayed here many times. And the service have been pretty normal thought a bit slow. Which i didn't expect much cause this is just a regular hotel. But I really love the new face in the receiption. She's been kicking things to hot gear. My experience have been a lot better, than my past stays. I love how she would treat us, guests like this is one of those luxury hotels... She greets me and asks me how i'm doing and explain to me very nicely of what she needs to check me in..which is very pleasant cause the past receiptionist staffs sometimes won't even made eye contacts with the guests and would explain very poorly of what to do. My favourite moment of staying here is during my waiting time for the hotel transport in the hotel lobby among other guests is that she turns on music to entertaint us. What caught my interest the most is how she would played the songs base on what race the people in the lobby is. I just loved how she tried to make everyone felt seen and matters. I really forget this is just a budget friendly hotel by the way she carries her composure and service. I knew it is quiet a relief for the parents with kids because she also plays kids appropriate songs, so they'll more distracted by that rather than running around. My stayed ended with her saying farewell and her wishes to see me and the other guests staying there again. Which i definitely would. Because this is a very huge change in the establishment and would definitely wish to be serve by her again. I stayed on 28hb and check out on 29hb 4.30a.m you know...
