Jin Hotel — Hotel in Subang Jaya

My 6th time in this budget hotel but service and amenities are more like a 3 star above because of all basic room amenities given from tooth brush with tooth paste, comb, shower cap, razor, body shampoo, toilet rolls and 2 bottle of drinking water. Room equipped with TV (4 basic channel), very cold aircond, water heater, hair dryer, telephone, side table, study table, wardrobe with clothes hanger, door room with safety double lock, basin, WC, eletronic keycard, electric kettle, 2 power socket, clean towel, water glass and cup with saucer. Aircond and TV remote control is functioning. The iron and ironing board is provided at the common floor area. The hotel has a lift and is located at a strategic location with a 3-minute walk to Starbuck Coffee, Tealive, and Petronas Mini-Mart to get all the titbits and light snacks to enjoy in-room. Parking is free infront, behind or the side of the hotel. Green park across the hotel. Sofa at hotel lobby. The room is clean, quiet, and private surronding area and hotel provide free high speed WiFi. Fast check in and check out. Deposit RM50 upon check-in and return upon check-out. It's definitely worth your every penny. Knowing the room wall is thin and yet they does bother others staying there. Good evening everyone, i just want to share today 21/10/2018 my bad experience with this Hotel Golden View with the way the management treated their customer, I have been choosing this hotel start from 2014 until now ...the rate is consider very comparatative and the hospitality also good but today when about I just about to prepared to checkout ...I was so shock when the power cutoff at 12.10 pm the room is dark .When I called the reception office about this and their replied is this is their system cutoff for checkout must be at 12pm.The receptionists asked me bring down the power supply card so that they can extent the checkout time I went down to the reception office with my pyjamas brcause during the power supply off I’m in middle of dress up and my room is so dark .Its so embrassed to go down like that’s because some other guests is sitting nearby.When I asked the receptionist why they cut withoutb giving any warning ...she replied its a system cutoff to ensure the guest check out at 12pm...this is never happened before when I’m staying avot 2 weeks ago..Really not happy with new style of this hotel management...very rude and not professional . We are willing to pay for extra charges if for example...
