雷区! 勿踩! What a great disappoint to have a dim sum dine here. Although the restaurant is clean and fully air-conditioned, the taste of food were awful. The deep fried dishes were served cold. They were sent to only slightly little warmed up when feedback to the restaurant supervisor/manager. Egg tarts were still fine when served in cold, but the marmite spare ribs were came in stingy pork taste which was a disaster. The steamed dim sums are better because they were served hot. However, only the siu mai and xiao long bao the steam meat dumpling were up to expectation whilst the shrimp dumplings were made with thick wrapper and the same goes to the steam cheong fun. The prices on the menu were exclude government service tax 6% and service charge 10%. Car parking is a challenge when you go there during peak hours as there is a busy business area. On top of that, feedback were given to the manager/supervisor and staffs after done the billing at the till, however, they seems do not care on the feedbacks. Maybe just our bad day to get the bad food but it is highly not recommend to expect good dim sum here. Hawker foods in Malaysia are...

Dimsum with extra "ingredients", 1 of the staff(aunty) keep it back & inform will get a replacement however waited 30mins but yet to come. Check with the same aunty, she said need to wait for sifu to make a new batch will send later. Since already waited so long, we cancel it with the aunty. However this aunty forgotten to cancel it Add on order (1 bowl of century egg, salted egg pork porridge), required more than 30mins Waited too long hence cancel the add on order, but arrive when you done paying the bill. Informed the cashier uncle that the dimsum (with extra ingredients) took back & the add on order didn't come, ask him to remove from bill, but he insisted that was not charge on the bill and demand me to pay 1st & check later. Found out the dimsum with extra "ingredients" & the porridge was charged. Finally get the aunty to explained to cashier to refund back the extra bill. Poor communication between their staffs. Paying service charge & this is what u get No next time, and I won't recommend to any of my friends & family no matter is neither this branch &...

From all the dim sums I’ve in my 20 years, this is definitely one of the best I’ve had.

Couldn’t recommend a better dim sum place than the popular & delicious Jin Xuan. Among the many branches they’ve open throughout PJ, KL & Subang, I would say this is one of the better ones. Certain Jin Xuan’s their food is less tasty such as Har Gao, Fried Rice Cake, etc.

Contrary to most ppl, I prefer to come at a later time after work because it’s a lot less people, quiet and you can take your own sweet time enjoying dim sum with Chinese tea.

Prices for Jin Xuan is standard for every restaurant and is about regular dim sum prices. It’s definitely slightly cheaper than some noodle shops nearby that also sells dim sum. Honestly, I would rather come here anytime than go to other Chinese noodle shop to have dim sum. It’s cheaper and taste better, so why not?

Their service was pretty quick. Really enjoyed my experience here overall. Glad that my company’s held its farewell dinner here to send one of my colleague off &...

My usual dining place. Comfortable & clean dining area. Prices have increased a lot but come with a above average taste. Lately there's some changes in the food recipe, some have improved taste some not. Fried radish cake is terrible lately with either lack of taste or over fried. Chee cheong fun has a thicker skin which is not my favorite. Environment wise is quite pleasant after renovation. The robotic servant is another impressive feature here. Usually quite crowded from morning til noon. Most food especially imperial steamed dian tastes good, except steam rice roll in which the skin is too hard. Imperial pan fried & deep fried portion is good with properly flavoured and never over-fried. Imperial baked has its unique taste at normal portions. Sometimes certain dim sum seems a bit over-flavored and some fried items also exhibit signs of over-fried. This quality control on food preparation needs to match up for the increased price we are paying. If the food quality goes down, so does my rating on future visits.
