Skypod Residence — Hotel in Subang Jaya

We booked a stay for our relatives few times via Agoda. The previous stay was good; however we noticed this round, some of the facilities needed to be improved. The review is for the two units that we booked with multiple bedrooms.

Most of the socket plugs in the two units we booked were not working; with only one of them working. This made it extremely difficult for a group of family to charge their phones.

Toilet paper was only limited to one roll and they are no spares toilet papers even though unit has multiple bedrooms. It was even difficult as our relatives tried to contact the person in charge for more toilet rolls but the person Shin Yii did not even know where were the spare toilet rolls. Shouldn't there be more spare rolls for a unit that is meant for a family stay?

Would suggest the management/owner of the units to strongly look into these matters as the units have to be prepared adequetely and buck up the quality before listing them for staying.

We have even highlighted to them via the Whatsapp group chat, but no response and apology was received (would at least appreciate a response or an apology for the state...

The facilities at Skypod apartment are quite disappointing. There's only one treadmill in the gym, and it’s in terrible condition—making loud noises when in use. Worse, some residents monopolize it for hours without consideration for others waiting to use it. Additionally, one of the four lifts is always malfunctioning, with no repair efforts or proper notices given. The situation is further worsened by security guards asking residents for money early in the morning to buy food. This is unprofessional and unacceptable for a property claiming to offer...

I’ve met the rudest security guard here - the old fat Indian lady with the loud fan blasting her face from less than a meter away, so could not hear anything I said she was shouting all the time and I had to shout back. She just had to off the bloody fan in front of her! Is it that hot that you need the fan so close to your face? Rude and no matters, treated people like we all want to get in to dig gold. The other female guard (looked like foreigner) was no help, saw the situation just sneered and sat and ignored. Management...
