PLS READ BEFORE ENGAGING. We have actually engaged their services a few times and there weren't any issues when everything goes smoothly. But if it doesn't, you're in for a roller coaster ride trying to get them for assistance.
I am not one to slander people for no apparent reason but I have asked for an explanation or compensation towards the bad item delivery or the lack of delivery of what we ordered. They said we will reply later as we were busy and this was yesterday but still no reply.
First issue- canopy installed in the wrong location causing one of the pole position to be right in the middle of our gate (photo evidence). As canopy installation was 3 days earlier before use date have rendered us not being able to shift and park our cars properly in the house during the 3 days. Confronted the supplier and was told to just move it myself. It takes 3 abled men of their staff and a wheel under the 4th pole to be able to move it how am I suppose to move it with only my housekeeper and I (photo evidence). The conversation got a bit rough and heated between the both of us as I demanded they send people here to move it and if I was to do it I will back charge manpower for doing so and any damage to canopy whilst moving, I will not answer. On top of that supplier accused my maid as being brainless and why not tell them where to put it up and if it is wrong why not sound it out. The fact of the matter was the maid did mention where we want to set it up and have mentioned not where they wanted it to. Maid even video called the housekeeper in front of them and just because it is more convenient for them to set it up in the middle they decided to do so anyways. What was worst was the one setting it up had the audacity to send a voice message to his boss saying my maid was the one who said setup in the middle (video proof of me confronting after the event my maid and them, with them not being able to answer me with a straight face saying that my maid told them to setup in the middle.
Issue 2- One fan supplied could only oscillate towards one direction and after the end of that direction it would stop moving. Texted the problem on the morning before the event started and no action done. (Video Proof)
Issue 3- One square table top supplied was bent till it is curve shape. How are we suppose to use this? I could only place bag of fruits on top. Multiple kids place their drinks on top and spilled over because of this. Again, texted the problem on the morning before the event started and no action done. (Photo Proof).
Issue 4- Ordered the basic package with the Clown for 1.5 hours for the kids (btw there were around 40 of waiting), guess what the clown didn't arrive. Texted them and reply was "oh did nobody call you? Sorry we just refund you later." Can you imagine what me as the host is facing in front of the kids when I didn't deliver the fun to them? You as a supplier may think nothing of it but not I. Worst thing to do is disappoint these kids. You take this lightly but I do not. To top that refund of clown is just RM150. I checked their brochures and the minimum charge to clients is RM300 for 1.5 hours.
This is not even about these costs anymore. One disappointment after another and a super lacklustre response from the supplier just shows how LESS they care about service. It is all about sales to them. I am not condemning them as some of my guests commented the meehoon was good, (that is the one star for them) I just urge anyone who engage their services which is great IF everything goes smoothly to not pay them in full but in portions to safeguard your own interests in the case of them failing to deliver what you have paid for.

I ordered food for 30 pax to be delivered at 12.30pm, but food was way too little, probably enough for 20 pax. To make matters worse, they forgot to prepare the vegetable dish and delivered to us 1 hour 15 mins later, AFTER everyone had finished eating. Portion size was so small and without the vegetable dish, the food was really insufficient. Eva offered me a RM50 refund for this mistake, to which I agreed.
Why do I say the food was only enough for 20 pax? Because I had to order 5 large pizzas to feed the 10 pax who complained that there was hardly any food left. Just look at the tray of curry chicken and potatoes, there was only a shallow layer of sauce with chicken and potatoes. One staff told me he didn’t get to eat a single piece of chicken. I’m sure everyone has seen this type of aluminium tray, and you know it’s not a deep tray. 5-6 staff did not even get a piece of chicken wanton.
The food is just average, close to below average. While it was one of the cheapest in terms of price per pax, the food portion was so small I ended up spending more to order 5 large pizzas to make up for the insufficient food.
When I complained about the food portion, Eva insisted that this was the portion for 30 pax, substantiating her claim by pointing out there were more than 30 pcs of chicken wantons in the tray. I don’t know, who has time to count the number of wantons?? I replied, “so you expect each person to have one small chicken wanton each and some may have two?” and she said “Yes”.
I’m speechless...
The Good:
If you are making last minute arrangements for food catering, OTK would be able to accommodate your request.
Eva acknowledged their mistake and provided RM50 refund for the vegetable dish.

I wasn't in the mood to take a photo of the vegetable dish which arrived so late, but we did receive it. It was served in the smaller sized aluminium tray.

I recently attended a home catering party where I encountered one of the most disappointing and unprofessional service experiences I have ever had. The incident involved a staff member (Bangladesh) who displayed both rudeness and laziness that left me utterly bewildered.
Upon being informed that the food was ready, I approached the staff member responsible for uncovering the dishes. To my shock, he flatly refused my request to uncover the food, instructing me to just cover it back up. This blatant display of indifference and laziness was astonishing.
Realizing that this staff member was simply trying to shirk his duties, I took it upon myself to uncover one of the dishes and place it on another tray. It was only then that he finally decided to take the dish to its designated location. I couldn't comprehend how a member of the service staff could be so confident in their laziness and neglect of their responsibilities.
I have encountered staff from various backgrounds and nationalities, but this experience was by far the worst in terms of both rudeness and a lack of work ethic. It's truly disheartening to witness such a blatant disregard for basic customer service principles.
I strongly advise anyone considering using this service to think twice and explore other options. This level of unprofessionalism and rudeness is inexcusable, and it has left me deeply...
