Food: fries portion is not par with others as photos shared on internet. Rather flat portion, why? Bcoz its near to closing hour or bcoz takeaways? Burger patty kind of smash burger patty, hence, the price. But not that juicy. Serve with fluffy burger bread.
Service: one of the staff approach those whos still waiting to let them know their order habis. Thats around 9pm+. If its me, i cannot tolerate with the amount of time i’ve waited. Another time around, the staff approach my husb, suddenly her friend came and greet her, then the staff follow her?? After u’ve said smthg to my husb, u left? where’s manner? I might came at the wrong time. Waiting time was 40minutes for 2 burgers, 2 fries. That staff’s friend might have her order ready sigh
Price: mind that price display (at least for burger) only for 1 item. If u choose combo, need to add another price for any particular item you pick. With the service and price? I’ll say not really worth it. But okay to try once a while. The restaurant kind of fast food style, self order...

To finish off, I indulged in the black sesame ice cream, which was creamy and subtly sweet—a perfect palate cleanser. NakNak excels in both food and service, making it a must-visit spot for food...
