This little coffee shop is located a few steps next to the hotel I stayed on my past trip . Very cozy European style sitting venue. Llegué y amablemente un muchacho que se encontraba limpiando me dió las buenas tardes y me dijo que en un momento me atendían, le respondí que estaba bien, sin embargo al observar el lugar me di cuenta que habían 6 personas en turno, 2 de ellos estaban recargados en mostrador sin hacer nada y ninguno pudo tomar mi orden, el muchacho que me dió las buenas tardes notó mi indiferencia de alguna forma y le pidió a la muchacha que me atendiera y apenas así lo hizo, tal vez la chica pensó que estaba esperando algún pedido pero nadie estaba atento en caja para recibir al cliente. Trabajé en una franquicia de café y se lo horrible que es que un cliente te esté reclamando por algo, es por eso que no dije nada, pero también se lo importante que es el recibir al cliente y no dejarlo esperando.
