I'm a frequent socal visitor to Baja. This trip I was taking my kid for an 18th birthday with 3 girls. Since others were chipping in, I decided to stay at this highly-rated place with a 2-bedroom condo, pool, jacuzzi, Beach access. I knew it would be close to Papas& Beer so I didn't expect silent sleeping. Reserving online was an ease. Messaging through app with the staff before & during stay was awesome. Deposit ahead of time & payment due at check-in. Drive from the border is quick, about 45min. This hotel is in the heart of coastal Rosarito & the fun clubs. It's a block from El Nido, an amazing restaurant with a jungle feel, ponds, waterfalls & wildlife. The "Oceana" icon is seen from afar, at the top of the highrise condo complex. There's a check-in admin office across the alley from the hotel. The hotel parking guards at the gate will guide you there if you get lost. Just remember it's N of Bombay Club & Papas. Check-in was flawless. I had spoken to Caesar at the main desk be phone beforehand, & he was also there to greet me with keys. There is a spa in the same building; massage, etc. Our condo was on the 5th floor Rm 503. with windows & a slider to the balcony to overlook the ocean & pools. The king master also had a slider to the same balcony. The living area had a huge L-shaped couch, small flat screen TV (master had flat TV too). Wifi worked great. Kitchen had ports & pans, dishes, soap & sponge. Bring your own paper towels, spices & food. Had big fridge & freezer. Large dining area. Master bath was large with soap tub. Extra bath had shower. Lotion & soap & shampoo but you should bring your own. Nicely working hair dryer. We contacted Caesar & someone brought us pool towels & a nice roll-out bed so the Xtra room had 2 twins & the roll-out. This room had a back window overlooking the parking lot, the shops on the alley & the main drag in the near distance. Parking was great, the elevators worked great & there was plenty of security. I loved how security kept small kids out of the Jacuzzi. There's a back gate leading to the beach, with an intercom to let guests in & out. There's rental horses & ponies on the beach & you can access the bars too. The beach was clean & more private but if you want exciting party beach that's just next door. A lot of this condo has patients from surgery tours. This was awesome. People from all over. This complex knows how to treat guests. I left my housekeeper a nice tip. Check out was a breeze. I got back to the states & re realized I left my computer in a cupboard. I called Caesar & they found it! I must say I felt VERY safe at this resort. 5 stars. The only thing is know there's loud music from the nearby bars all night. Can't shut down Rosarito!!!

Great place! as soon as we walked in the view was amazing! Literally feet away from the beach. I traveled with 2 little ones and it definitely made life a while lot easier. They had plenty of space to run around. And it felt like an actual home to them. It came with a full equipped kitchen 2 bathrooms and a TV in every room. I loved the fact that it had a washer and dryer in the actual suite. you are responsible for buying your own soap but that's perfectly fine with me. I didn't have to travel back with wet sandy clothes. We will definitely be coming back to rosarito inn. The clerk at the check in office was amazing:) she had a great attitude and was very friendly. It's a welcoming and safe environment. It's gated with security guards constantly patrolling the perimeters. Great for families. Thanks Manuela

This was a nice condo right on the beach. All rooms have an ocean view, some better than others. My only complaint is it is situated right next to two large outdoor bars that play LOUD music on weekends and pop firecrackers on the beach. If you want a good party spot during "the season" this would be it. Lots of places to eat nearby. Appeared safe. Beach was clean.

WORST STAY IVE WVER HAD OF MY LIFE!!! I’m not one to ever complain. From the start of our trip it was horrible here. I called every day for 5 days before I arrived to make sure my room and everything was for sure ready and everything would be smooth. We arrived and they told me the room I booked went under maintenance that morning. I was mad and they knew I was irritated so they gave me one of their best rooms! The room is beautiful and the view you couldn’t beat. After the first night we woke up to a smell of paint and it literally made us feel like we were huffing a can of paint. I went back down and complained and told them and they agreed with me and I told them I’m still doing our day activities and not gonna let this ruin my trip any more. I came back that evening and they offered me my money back. I went back to the room and the smell was gone so I told the front desk lady that we would stay. I would have left if I knew that same night and the next two nights after we would hear the screaming wind through every light fixture and crack and hole in the walls!!!!!! I sounds like I’m nagging but literally this was the worst stay of our life !!!!! I will try and post the sound we hear non stop. Our power went out tonight and then we heard a huge slam and the wind through the whole in walls was so strong and loud it broke the kitchen light!! I just don’t understand how a place like this can even accept our money after how bad this experience was. We will def never come...

This place is over rated the pools are nasty last time i checking this place it looked good on the picture and for the price you think this has to be a nice clean and safe place well let me tell you for starter this place is expensive and the service sucks the rooms looked nice in the pictures NOT the beds where disgusting bed bugs on the sheets the towels looked old ok and the staff omg security there's a skinny Hispanic and ill never for get how this guy was so disrespectful to my wife NAME jaciel . If it wasnt for his partner Art cool guy and the only one that spoke any English thats another thing no one in the staff can speak any English they're real good at charging you extra money which I might add they pocket I had to play that other staff member 20 to park my car inside the lot and when my mother-in-law came to visit I had to pay mr. Security Fernando another $10 on top of the 20 to let her . this place is horrible and the worst part what's the part that we got stuck in the elevator between the 9th and 8th floor for 45 minutes it seemed like a scene from Scary Movie THE elevators are not safe at all that was the scariest experience I ever had never again . DONT HAVE TO TAKE MY WORD FOR IT GO AND CHECK IT OUT YOUR...
