Marea Mía — Restaurant in Baja California

It’s really a NO (Zero) star for me!!! Cold food, raw food, forgotten orders and no attention from the waitress at all. We were 4 sisters, 4 orders, coffee. One sister got her food first within 10 minutes from ordering, the rest of our food didn’t come until 45 minutes after and that is after we had to remind one of the waiters that we were still waiting for pur food; our waitress had been MIA this whole time. The waitress brought our food and it was cold and the eggs on one of them were RAW. We told her we’re not eating cold, raw food and that we would only pay for what was already consumed. She seemed upset at the situation and kept saying it had just come out of the kitchen but clearly it wasn’t!! Anyway on our way to pay the bill the manager offered us an apology and he did say that in fact he touched our food after we sent it back and it was cold. Oh, and we ordered a guayaba atole with the coffees that never came... What a BAD...

So disappointed by this place. The first time we went was pretty good . Went back and the food was terrible , little to no flavor or just spicy no flavor. The service was terrible the waitress came around twice in like 2 hours never gave us straws and full utensils, had to ask another waiter and then wait for her to get the message from him and make time to come.bthe restaurant was almost empty. Then after making us wait a long time for the mediocre food and letting us order like 3 things she came back the second time to tell us they were out. Out of oysters and clams on a Saturday morning in a coastal sea food restaurant. On top of all this they forced us to pay a ridiculous service fee which is supposed to be illegal in Mexico. I was so embarrassed to tell my family it was a good option....

Got there at 10am, got seated right away, place was not packed we were adviced it will be a 30min for our food to be served, 1hr and 45min later we were still waiting for our food. Asked waiters and a few said "your food is coming " we had a party of 11 people having breakfast. Chilaquiles, hevos rancheros, and shrimp cocktail. They served 3 in our party about 30min after we got there, 30min later another 4 got served and after 45min the rest of our party( they forgot our order)poor service, got 1 drink our entire visit. Waiters would not come to see if we needed anything.. When we got our bill they included gratuity which I would have not left anything cause service was bad all the way around.. Would not be returning here...
