Oscar is a phenomenal host. He sent detailed instructions before check-in, including a WhatsApp video. He greeted me upon arrival and gave me directions around town as well as local recommendations. I also really appreciated the extra coffee and the beach towel. Hospitality like this is very rare anywhere nowadays. Thank you Oscar!!

Very tiny, but very clean rooms.

Super comfy, firm beds. Which my back LOVES! Pillows were great too!

Water pressure was very weak in Room 5 but hot water was consistent in both.

Beautiful connecting patios outside which was great for doing morning yoga and for meals!

Just beware, this is downtown Cancun and NOT near the luxury beach zone! Inexperienced travellers may be intimidated by...

perfect location to the ADO bus station, not close to the beach if that’s what you’re looking for. the hotel is unique but quite rundown. Be careful during rainy days when you’re walking up the stars they can be very slippery. The host Oscar is very responsive and sent recommendations for food places nearby, which was really sweet. The rooms looks better in pictures. I personally stayed in room 5, water pressure was very low for a comfortable shower, rubber caps need be covered to prevent smells from the pipes. Otherwise outside terraces are really cute, each room has its own unique outdoor setting. One next to me has an outdoor pool. I wish the owner can do some renovations for the interior and this would be...

Amazing location in Cancun. Let me be more specific : when you check on the map and you don't know Cancun you might wonder how far/close to landmarks it is. Well it is close to everything in Cancun because it has ADO bus station (to airport and main cities in Mexico) 10 mins from the hotel. 105 pesos from the airport to the station. There are also a lot of buses stopping in a stop nearby to carry you around the city (24 pesos).

The host is great with very clear instructions to check-in, and a smooth check in as a consequence.

The room we got was spacious, with a small kitchen and a fridge, along with a great bathroom.
