Maku Poke Stop - Bonampak — Restaurant in Cancún

Acabo de visitar Maku Poke Stop de nuevo, y la verdad es que este lugar se ha convertido en una de nuestras opciones favoritas para pedir para llevar. A mi novio y a mí nos encanta pedir aquí porque la comida es deliciosa, rápida y saludable. Es una excelente opción para esos días en los que no sabes qué comer o cenar, no tienes ganas de cocinar y quieres algo que sea rápido, pero sin sacrificar calidad.

Lo que a mi me gusta pedir es es su hamburguesa de arroz frito, que siempre está llena de sabor y tiene una textura increíble y crujiente. Mi novio es fanático de los bowls y siempre elige uno de los poke pre-armados que tienen en el menú o arma el suyo. Además, el restaurante está ubicado en una zona céntrica, por lo que es fácil de llegar, y el estacionamiento nunca ha sido un problema, lo cual es una ventaja.

Algo que realmente me gusta de Maku Poke Stop es la barra de opciones para armar tu propio poke. Tienen una variedad impresionante de ingredientes frescos, además de las opciones preparadas en el menú. Como vegano, me encanta que cuenten con alternativas veganas, vegetarianas y hasta opciones keto-friendly. Siempre encuentro ingredientes que puedo combinar para armar mi bowl sin problema, y si quiero pedir un plato del menú, es fácil sustituir la proteína animal por otra opción.

El lugar es bonito y tiene un ambiente agradable, pero el único inconveniente es que no está pensado para comer ahí. Los asientos son bastante incómodos, sin importar dónde te sientes, así que siempre optamos por pedir para llevar.

En general, Maku Poke Stop es una gran opción para una comida rápida, sabrosa y personalizable. Si estás buscando algo saludable y tienes restricciones alimenticias o prefieres algo vegano, definitivamente vale la pena.

I recently visited Maku Poke Stop again, and honestly, this place has become one of our go-to spots for takeout. My boyfriend and I love ordering from here because the food is delicious, quick, and healthy. It’s an excellent choice for those days when you’re unsure what to eat, don’t feel like cooking, and want something fast without sacrificing quality.

My favorite item to order is their fried rice burger, which is always full of flavor and has an incredible, crispy texture. My boyfriend is a big fan of their bowls and always goes for one of their pre-made poke options or builds his own. Plus, the restaurant is centrally located, so it’s easy to get to, and parking has never been an issue, which is definitely a plus.

One thing I really appreciate about Maku Poke Stop is their build-your-own poke bar. They have an impressive variety of fresh ingredients, along with the pre-made options on the menu. As a vegan, I love that they offer vegan, vegetarian, and even keto-friendly choices. I can always find ingredients to create my own bowl, and if I want to order something from the menu, it’s easy to substitute animal protein for something else.

The place is nice with a pleasant vibe, but the only downside is that it’s not really set up for dining in. The seating is pretty uncomfortable no matter where you sit, so we always opt for takeout.

We have eaten here several times before with no problem. This time I paid with my credit card and a 20% tip had been added. Rather than make a scene, next time we go there to eat I will pay the exact amount in cash.

No employee does a single thing except his job. You place your order at the right end of the short counter, pay, wait for it to be ready, they catch your eye (it’s a small place) you walk to the left end of the counter and pick it up. Nothing in the way of extra service is provided. Kind of like at a McDonald’s.

Desgraciadamente en ocasiones el servicio puede más que la buena comida. Soy cliente desde hace tiempo y todas y cada una de las ordenes tienen tema de mal servicio. Primero comiendo en el local donde le agregan todas las salsas al poke cuando antes las daban por separado y uno las agrega al gusto. Comenzaron con servicio a domicilio por wsp y en ocasiones después de 1.30 sin respuesta marque para revisar status y su respuesta fue: Debido a la tardanza de encontrar repartidor procederemos a cancelar el pedido! así sin mas, yo les comente que pasaría por él y al llegar a caja se atreven a preguntar si gusto agregar propina. Ahora tienen su propia plataforma para hacer pedidos y envia una notifacion después de 50min. cuando tardan en aceptar el pedido para que me comunique con ellos por wsp, lo cual solo obtuve como respuesta: Permitame entrar a la plataforma y ver si llegó, para comenzar a prepararlo. Que no deveria notificarles su nueva plataforma que tienen un pedido en fila?

Cuando la demanda supera la capacidad en lugar de intenar solamente vender más sin organizacion se deberia de eficientar los procesos y mejorar la cpaxidad de comunicacion de quien atiende...
