We stayed here for 5 days while at our consulate appointment. It is walking distance to the consulate and clinics and even right across the street from the mall which has a lot of food places so you don't have to go far while being there. We had a great experience and everyone was so nice to us. We got to the hotel early at 7am on our check in day but they still allowed us to go ahead and check in to our room with no extra charge and even offered us breakfast. It was great cause we had just traveled 12 hours on a bus and we were TIRED! They had good breakfast which surprised me, it was eggs with peppers, beans, bread, cereal, fruit, yogurt. It was delicious and tasted fresh. It didn't matter if we got there towards the end of the breakfast time the food was still food because the staff would keep up with it. They cleaned our room daily and it was just such a good experience. This place may be a bit more expensive then some of the other hotels in the area but it's worth it because they treat u good and it's safe. They have a entrance rail that has a security guard out there I think almost all day watching to see who comes in to the parking lot. When it was time to go pick up our package at the DHL the van driver took us to the bridge to drop us off so we didn't have to pay a taxi fee. The van driver was so nice and helped us take our bags off and really was just a nice guy. It saved us money and we really appreciated that. Good hotel to stay at while in Juarez!
Read moreIt is close to the consulate and able to do everything within walking distance. Rooms are motel quality but clean. Breakfast is terrible. We tried it twice but not worth it. The eggs and toast are the only tolerable thing. Cereal tastes like of brand generic and the milk is served hot. Some people may not mind but I can't eat cereal without cold milk. We have a suite and able to heat up food & keep cold items in the mini fridge. Totally worth the upgrade. Grocery shopping helps us save money, avoid that nasty breakfast, and the ability to eat in our room at any hour of the day or night. We have paper plates, napkins, cups, andplatic utensils. The area is very quiet and safe. We see a lot police and makes us feel better about waking around during the day. If you want to explore or eat something other than what is available within this perimeter I suggest you do your homework first. We have left the property a few times but won't drive past 8 minute radius from the hotel. There is a Walmart 5 minutes down the street but will need to drive there. The staff has been very kind and we love our cleaning lady. Her name is Dulce and she has been amazing. I feel that this place is a gold mind because it's always full due to most guest coming here to be seen in the consulate. The place needs a lot of upkeep needed and the carpet has a strong humidity odor. Make sure to bring Lysol disinfectant to help reduce the smell. Our cleaning lady has made the smell diaper when she is working but if anyone else gets to clean our room we resort to Lysol. We hardly drive our truck so bring comfortable shoes to do a lot of walking. You will average $30 for dining and if your willing to order to go then it will save you some money. There is a Wendy's next door and the food is good. The restaurant next to the medical center behind this hotel has reasonable prices and is delicious. Wish the hotel was in better condition but other than that, it has been great. We have been...
Read moreIf possible I would definitely give this place a negative five stars, because of the following reasons; rooms are poorly maintained, a strong smell of excessive moisture can't be perceived as soon as you walk into your room, bathrooms are extremely dirty, staff is rude and do not seem to care much about the customers needs, the amenities they claim to provide for their customers with are very inaccurate, my word of advice to the owners and employees in this inn is to work on your customer service, the cleanliness of your rooms and to provide a more accurate description of the amenities you claim to provide. This Inn is a huge disappoint for me and my family, do yourself a favor, look elsewhere for a quality Inn, even if it cost you a little bit more.
