Starbucks Las Misiones DT — Restaurant in Chihuahua

They ran out drip coffee and they offered to serve me an Americano. It was about 3 p.m.. The "barrista" said, it is better than regular coffee. Well, speak for yourself. But if that is all you have, I will take it. I like my coffee a-la-french-press or dripped. Drip coffee will do. I have yet to find a Starbucks in Mexico with spectacular service known for serving "cafe del dia" (drip coffee). It is my impression that Mexicans think plain coffee drinkers are ordinary people. We are not. We are the purest of the Starbuck's coffee drinkers along with Espresso drinkers. Think of us as the the Beethovan, the Mozart's of the world. We do not drink frappuccinos or the like. In painting we are the Botecelli and Rembrandt all in one. We are pure. In the morning, a cup of coffee or Express is the best thing in the world. There is never a wrong time for coffee. We may have our coffee black or with cream. Serve it very hot and fresh. Don't run out our of Cafe Del Dia!! And never forget - an Americano and an drip coffee are...

Great location. It's close to the mall and several hotels as well as across the street from the US Embassy. Has a dining room, dining patio, and a drive through. Clean and upbeat. Employees are great but some try to charge you for extra stuff that is usually included at other Starbucks. For example, we ordered two bold coffee's and were charged for two shots of expresso and two cream (most locations ask if you want extra room for the creamer and it's located in the prep area for customers to finish making their drinks to their liking). One day our total was $21 dollars. The next day we ordered the same things and paid $11-12 dollars. Interesting.. Food...

The by far slowest Starbucks i have ever been! It took the 4 staff members 20 minutes to take the small orders of 2 customers and it took further 15 minutes to make those orders containing just 2 lattes, 2 cookies and 4 Frappuccino.

One week later, other staff, on the cashier Angel, really really friendly and fast, on the coffeemaker Nohemia also really fast and friendly as well as the rest of the team, i must have met the worst team last 2 weeks.
