Was going to be seated at a table and requested a booth, the waitress said it would take longer for us to be attended. We agreed, but were just taken to another table but farther away from the previous one. For 2 of our plates, bacon was no longer available so we were offered an extra egg, pancake or a slice of ham. In my mind, I was like if you have several plates in the menu with bacon how are you running out. Who is doing inventory and purchasing stuff. We declined the offer, but when the food came surprise, surprise. They decided to add berries and whipped cream to one of the pancakes. The poor waitress was like is it ok that this was added. My daughter didn't want to be rude and said yes. It wasn't what she ordered and started crying. We didn't visit the restroom during this visit. Read moreNo stars if I could. When we walked in we were the only customers there was a delay in service and it seems maybe they have reopened and had new staff. The bathrooms could have used a deep cleaning... the sign was last updated in 2020! We had to request sugars, napkins and silverware. I don't believe it was necessarily our waitress who was at fault but rather management needs a better approach to training, cleanliness and efficiency. I was offered a free plate due to the wait but was still expected to pay for 2 that I asked to pack to go. When I opened the to go order at the hotel it was not the...
Read moreI loved the food. I got the Huevos Revueltos con tocino with Frijoles Puercos and Chilaquiles Verdes. It was so fresh and flavorful. The service was great. Our waiter was Ricardo and he was very attentive and always eager to make our experience great. He is the one who suggested the Chilaquiles Verdes as a side and I'm so glad I went with his suggestion because they were delicious. The Cafe de Olla is also amazing. Sweet and bold with a touch of cinnamon. I love how they have a bottle of water on the table and it tastes fresh and full of minerals. Very refreshing, as Ciudad Juárez is hotter than Satan's toenails. The restaurant atmosphere is beautiful and they have an awesome little play area for smaller guests that can get a little restless during sit-down meals. Very nice...
