IHOP Misiones — Restaurant in Chihuahua

Ordered blueberry pancakes take away. They gave me everything already packaged up, so I couldn't check it. I got back to my hotel and it was banana strawberry with a millimeter of melted cream. 😒☹️ Pathetic. I chose ihop for the pancakes with blueberries, waste of time and money. When I called back, the lady lied saying it was our fault and that she had repeated the order to my husband, who picked up the order, but since he spoke English he didn't understand her and accepted the change. Which is a lie, because my husband is Mexican born and raised and his first language is Spanish. And he caught her mistake and asked her to change it. So they really just gave us the wrong thing on purpose and tried to lie to...

Año 2020, les dejo anexo la reseña que puse hace 11 meses. Ayer estuve con mi familia, solo éramos la única mesa del lugar, la atención de los meseros fue muy pobre, desaparecieron y tenían una fiesta y relajo en la cocina. La comida tardo en llegar muchísimo tiempo, las bebidas llegaron como 10 minutos después de la comida. Un platillo de niños llegó 20 minutos después que los demás platillos. Una falta total de seriedad, se oían gritos y relajo en la cocina, pero el comedor totalmente abandonado. El lugar está lindo, la ubicación y los pancakes, pero la experiencia y el sabor de la comida se pierden con el servicio y la actitud del personal que es pésimo. Que triste es ver cómo los juarenses echan a perder una buena franquicia. Soy juarense, me apeno con los dueños del lugar. Lamentable. Al final llegó la cuenta altísima, por lo menos me ahorre la propina. A continuación les dejo lo que pensaba del lugar hace un año.

Our experience here was horrible. There were around 10 waiters and still we waited awhile until we were acknowledged to order. Aside from that the place was practically empty only around 4 families. Then we realized one of the workers used a yellow cloth to clean the benches, table and then he used that same cloth to clean the big coffee mug they have in every table. Also there cups were dirty. My glass of water had green lip stains on the cup. The food was not good as well. So overall this place was horrible. Hopefully an inspector goes one day and...
