Bungalows Camila — Hotel in Guerrero

Horrible experience. I went here 2 years ago and was with my dog, I paid for a monthly price to stay with my dog. It was ran by a couple, the man was fine (not very proffessional) and his wife was extremely snobby. She actually complained I was using the air-conditioning (it is very hot in zihuatanejo, and I even paid for the air-conditioning with my monthly rental)

Due to me using the air conditioning and the fact they could get more money by charging tourists a daily fee instead of a fixed month fee for me, they asked me to leave halfway through my rent.

Not only was the service HORRENDOUS, there is a pool next to all the rooms and daily it is filled with kids blasting music and being loud. There is no privacy here, the owners are very unprofessional and rude , it has uncomfortable beds and an ugly setup.....definately not worth the price. I also think there is hundreds of other family owned businesses that are more deserving of your money then people who only take advantage of...

Entregan las habitaciones tardísimo, la alberca es súper chiquita, el internet no funciona, varios baños no tenían agua. No ofrecen ningún servicio de atención al cliente/recepción. |Esto no es su culpa, pero en este momento la ubicación estaba pesadísima, ya que la calle donde se encuentra, está en reparación y es un cuete caminarla, llena de hoyos, piedras, etc. los coches no podían subir hasta el bungalows. Contamos las toallas a recibirlas, eran 10, Y NUNCA LAS USAMOS porque traíamos las propias, así que las dejamos todas (sus toallas) en una silla. Y al momento de entregar, supuestamente le faltaban 2 toallas y a fuerza quería que se las pagáramos. Casualmente, despuescito las encontraron “escondidas” bajo una cama… NADIE DE NOSOTROS LAS...

Pésimo servicio, les falta mucho por arreglar en todas las habitaciones, que los baños no sirven, que se les tira el agua, los aires acondicionados no prenden, se nos iba el agua, según se metieron a hacer limpieza y me dejaron un cuarto igual ni lo toparon. El cuarto que nos rentaron en el edificio que se rompió la bomba y nos traían de cuarto en cuarto y para acabarla se fue la luz como por 5 horas. Se nos perdieron cosas y para todo esto fue muy caro y no valió la pena tanto dinero y tiempo desperdiciado. Y de paso la señora y sus hijos están entrando y saliendo cuando nosotros estabamos aún ahí No lo recomiendo busquen algo mejor y más barato pueden encontrar...
