Casa de Luz — Hotel in Jalisco

We stayed in this lovely home with a large group (approx. 16 people). The entire house was rented out to our group, so I can't speak to what this is like if it's in a shared situation. For our group it was perfect! There are two rooms that have twin beds so singles stayed in those rooms, but the rest of the rooms had full and king size beds, all with their own private bathrooms. ||||The house host was wonderful! She spoke good English if that is important to your group (it was for us as we had mostly English speakers). She made us feel so welcome and shared that the home was her childhood home, which felt very special because she cares deeply about the property.||||I would highly recommend this home as a great option in Guadalajara and if you can add dining services it's worth it! It's comfortable and in a safe location. It is in a community so there is some mild street noise and you hear things like the garbage truck and people...

Heads up, This place is currently quiet because it’s so new. It is a beautiful and awesome location and house in a quiet part of Chapultepec. I’ve booked 6 nights including breakfast and I’d say on the spectrum of value this place is way up there! The bed is extremely comfortable, the host lovely and a generous breakfast is included. Slept the best I have in Guadalajara as it can be noisy. The house is very secure and all rooms are decorated tastefully with attention to personal comfort! Well done-...

We recently stayed at casa de Luz and I can’t say enough good things about this place. The host of the house was very helpful, nice, polite. The service was excellent. The location was great. Everybody in our group was happy about the whole experience. We loved the house. The food was delicious. We definitely created great memories in this house and we will be using it more...
