Casa 500 Mérida — Hotel in Mérida

Casa 500 is a home away from home. We are a family of 3, and recently stayed 5 nights with Stella in one of her studio rooms. There was plenty of space for all of us, with a comfortable king bed, and a pull-out sofa for our son. We had almost everything we needed in the ensuite kitchen, and anything else was available for our use in the main kitchen. The high ceilings and attention to detail added to the feeling of comfort and ease. The pool was clean and refreshing, and the yard was a gorgeous spot to sit with morning coffee or happy hour cocktail.

The location was great for us, especially being our first time in Merida and wanting to see everything! We were a 20-minute drive from anywhere we wanted to go outside of the city center. And in the evenings, we drove a few blocks closer to Paseo Montejo and parked there easily and safely, just so we didn't have to walk an extra 10-minutes with little legs at the end of the night.

But all of this aside, what makes me take the time to write ANY review is an exceptional experience. Stella's level of customer service is 5-star! She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, informed and enjoying every moment of our holiday. We will stay here again, and look forward to it.
