RESIDENCIAS SEÑORIAL — Hotel in Mexico City

hands down my favorite budget hotel in cdmx. don’t get it twisted, it’s not the ritz. but it’s clean, great location, and has hot water. i’ve stayed in 4-5 other budger hotels in the city and they’re always missing something.

either they don’t have hot water, wifi is nonexistent, they’re loud, dirty, you shower and the water spills all over, the list goes on.

it’s the small details, and that’s what they do well here. will stay here every time i come back through the city. JUST DONT TAKE MY ROOM. joking.

I´ve been staying at the Senorial for quite a while and at first it was ok. It was cheap, it´s close to the metro and the historic center. It´s not only a hotel, but also some kind of student home. ||But within the last weeks it has changed a lot. The Senorial has been trying to kick everyone out, by making up new house rules and by increasing the price for the month immensely. ||Besides that there is constant construction all day long Monday to Saturday. It´s loud and dirty! I`m very disappointed by this experience. I can not recommend this...

ES UNA PESIMA EXPERIENCIA!! Tal vez para llegar un par de noches o unas horas a divertirte está bien, pero lo que es LAS RESIDENCIAS PERMANENTES ES PESIMO! MALISIMO! TE SUBEN LA RENTA CADA SEIS MESES! Y APENAS CUMPLEN CON LO MINIMO. NO ES LIMPIO NI SEGURO PUES LA CALLES ESTA CERRADA SIEMPRE POR FRANELEROS QUE SON MALEDUCADOS Y PELIGROSOS QUE NO DEJAN PASAR NI TAXIS NI UBER A MENOS QUE LES DES DINERO Y LA POLICIA NO HACE NADA. ES RUIDOSO Y APESTOSO PUES HAY UNA PAPELERIA ENFRENTE DEL HOTEL QUE USA UN MONTACARGAS QUE TRABAJA TODO EL DIA, DESDE MUY TEMPRANO Y HASTA MUY TARDE CON MOTOR A GAS QUE INVADE CON SU RUIDO Y CON SU OLOR TODAS LAS HABITACIONES QUE DAN A LA CALLE Y NO SE PUEDE ESTAR CON LAS VENTANAS ABIERTAS. POR EL PRECIO, SE PUEDE CONSEGUIR ALGO MEJOR PUES REPITO, LA RENTA TE LA SUBIRÁN CADA SEIS MESES. MUY MALO. ES UNA EXPERIENCIA MUY...
