hands down my favorite budget hotel in cdmx. don’t get it twisted, it’s not the ritz. but it’s clean, great location, and has hot water. i’ve stayed in 4-5 other budger hotels in the city and they’re always missing something. either they don’t have hot water, wifi is nonexistent, they’re loud, dirty, you shower and the water spills all over, the list goes on. it’s the small details, and that’s what they do well here. will stay here every time i come back through the city. JUST DONT TAKE MY ROOM. joking. do yourself a favor and book it 😎 PS don’t judge the messy bed lol

Es un lugar barato para estar prácticamente en el centro pero * Había bichos en las almohadas que me hicieron ronchas por todo el cuerpo (error mio por quedarme dormida y no revisar), afortunadamente me cambiaron cuarto * El Internet no funciona a menos que estés en el pasillo y es muy lento * Abrieron una mochila que tenía, claramente estaba "bolseada", sin embargo, no se llevaron nada porque solo tenía monedas en las bolsas * No tiene aire acondicionado pero sí había un ventilador (en el primer cuarto no tenía ventilador) * Solo se ven como 4 canales en la tv * No incluye desayuno Lo bueno: * Es un lugar seguro * Es barato * Son amables * Hay agua caliente

Sólo hay una mesita de noche, una mesa, una silla y un perchero sin perchas. - No hay mando de televisión. - Por la noche el agua caliente es inexistente. - Uno de los dos jabones que nos pusieron estaba abierto y vacío. - De noche da un poco de miedo asistir porque está en una calle un poco escondida.

Pros: - Trato amable por parte del personal de recepción y del guardia. - Hotel y habitación en general se ve limpio. Contras: - Habitación pequeña y poco sitio en donde dejar tus pertenencias. Sólo hay una mesita de noche, una mesa, una silla y un perchero sin perchas. - No hay mando de televisión. - Por la noche el agua caliente es inexistente. - Uno de los dos jabones que nos pusieron estaba abierto y vacío. - De noche da un poco de miedo asistir porque está en una calle un poco escondida.

I´ve been staying at the Senorial for quite a while and at first it was ok. It was cheap, it´s close to the metro and the historic center. It´s not only a hotel, but also some kind of student home. ||But within the last weeks it has changed a lot. The Senorial has been trying to kick everyone out, by making up new house rules and by increasing the price for the month immensely. ||Besides that there is constant construction all day long Monday to Saturday. It´s loud and dirty! I`m very disappointed by this experience. I can not recommend this...

ES UNA PESIMA EXPERIENCIA!! Tal vez para llegar un par de noches o unas horas a divertirte está bien, pero lo que es LAS RESIDENCIAS PERMANENTES ES PESIMO! MALISIMO! TE SUBEN LA RENTA CADA SEIS MESES! Y APENAS CUMPLEN CON LO MINIMO. NO ES LIMPIO NI SEGURO PUES LA CALLES ESTA CERRADA SIEMPRE POR FRANELEROS QUE SON MALEDUCADOS Y PELIGROSOS QUE NO DEJAN PASAR NI TAXIS NI UBER A MENOS QUE LES DES DINERO Y LA POLICIA NO HACE NADA. ES RUIDOSO Y APESTOSO PUES HAY UNA PAPELERIA ENFRENTE DEL HOTEL QUE USA UN MONTACARGAS QUE TRABAJA TODO EL DIA, DESDE MUY TEMPRANO Y HASTA MUY TARDE CON MOTOR A GAS QUE INVADE CON SU RUIDO Y CON SU OLOR TODAS LAS HABITACIONES QUE DAN A LA CALLE Y NO SE PUEDE ESTAR CON LAS VENTANAS ABIERTAS.
