Tierra Mona Taqueria — Restaurant in Michoacán

This is such an awesome place. Perhaps the best Mexican food we've had so far! We were greeted by super friendly people with smiles on their faces. The menu is simple, hearty Mexican food. It's totally vegan, so there's no need to worry about it if you don't eat meat. We ordered a mix of the tacos, gortada and tamales. Everything was super tasty. Cleverly done mixes of soy and meat-free chorizo filled the tacos, and the onions and spicy salsa sauces made everything come together. Better than that was the vibe - people chatting, coming and going, and the cobbled streets of Morelia's old center just outside. Muy mal servicio al cliente. Llegue a ir tres veces y a pesar de que estaba abierto me indicaron que no tenían servicio (3 veces!) además muy mala atención al cliente, les comenté que su ubicación de google estaba mal (ya la arreglaron) y me contestaron muy de mala forma. Y la única vez que fui me cobraron 15 pesos por un vaso de agua natural mal mal mal. Hay mejores opciones de restaurantes vegetarianos en Morelia. respecto a lo que me respondieron, lo siento mucho pero si se merecen esa calificación. Igual y ya no se acuerdan porque por lo anterior ya no he vuelto al restaurante por un año y medio. Y recuerdo perfectamente el día que me cobraron un vaso de agua por 15 pesos, por esa razón si dije jamás volveré a ir. Al menos conmigo y con un par de personas cercanas a mi la impresión que nos dieron fue completamente e negativa. Es más la forma en cómo me responden se ve completamente que no es un buen servicio al cliente, siempre negándolo todo y desacreditando mi opinión. No fuera en fb messages porque ahí si me dicen las cosas como son....
