Hola, pues les comparto la experiencia durante mi estancia en el hotel Casa Playa del Amor, de primera instancia para obtener un número y poder comunicar al hotel fue una travesia, hasta que publique aquí en Google, fue cuando me pudieron dar un número al cual comunicarme para la reserva que se tenía. La reserva se realizo mediante Expedia ya que en la página del hotel, nada más no se puedo concretar dicha reserva, una vez que me comunique con el personal del hotel, me brindaron las fotos mismas que están en Expedia (ojo no te muestran todas las fotos) ya que se confirmo la reserva mediante la app y que logre comunicarme con el personal del hotel, me solicitaron que se hiciera un pago inicial (que correspondia a cubrir la primera noche) me mandaron un link (que es un tipo PayPal por parte de ellos) MEGA ERROR EL TRATAR DE PAGAR POR ESE LINK QUE TE MANDAN, no me dejo realizar el pago con mi TDC y me pidieron realizar el pago del anticipo mediante una transferencia, misma que hice y hasta ahí todo bien. Una semana antes del viaje me llega un cargo a mi TDC y me escribe personal del hotel desde otro número celular indicando que ya realizaron el cobro del anticipo para asegurar mi reservación, ya que no tenían registrado el pago que hab´´ia hecho previamente, (GUARDAN LOS DATOS DE LAS TDC CUANDO TE MANDAN SU LINK PARA HACER EL PAGO, SIN CONSENTIMIENTO DE LOS HUESPEDES) , total indique que ya había realizado el pago y procedieron a realizar la devolución, se llego el momento de la fecha en la cual ocupariamos la habitación (3 personas y una de la tercera edad). El hotel en efecto esta super cerca de la playa del amor y de la playa en general, pero alejado de cualquier lugar si es que quieren salir en la noche, para subir a la habitación todo bien, sin embargo las escaleras para llegar al cuarto, son casi verticales, el subir esas escaleras con las maletas y personas que no tienen buena movilidad o si tuvieran una discapacidad, son totalmente inapropiadas, cero recomendables si quieren irse de antro y tomerse unas copitas de más, la habitación bien en cuanto a instalaciones, sin embargo todo esta hech de madera y palma, la ser de madera todo truena, cualquier paso e inclusive las puertas truenan o rechinan por lo que no se puede hacer nada a discreción. Total que optamos por movernos de hotel al día siguiente. MUCHO OJO CUANDO INTENTENTEN PAGAR CON SU TDC EN LOS LINKS QUE LES MANDEN, YA QUE GUARDAN SUS DATOS Y SE PUEDE COMETER FRAUDE, LO PEOR DE TODO ES QUE NOSOTROS COMO HUESPEDES CONFIAMOS EN QUE SON UN...

The hotel is very beautiful. My entire group loved hanging out at the pool in the courtyard area after a long day in the sun and relax and chat and meet others staying at the hotel. The amenities were also fabulous, which included a refreshing breakfast and coffee. The staff were very attentive, detail oriented, and so welcoming and nice. The rooms were always kept very clean and everything was very comfortable.
