Hotel Casa de Luz — Hotel in Playa del Carmen

I have no idea what the negative reviews are about, because my stay has been nothing but wonderful. My husband, two dogs and I moved in for a month (we’re trying to extend, so let’s see!). The owners have been so friendly and accommodating. They hooked us up with everything we could possibly need to enjoy a long stay. They even installed a huge smart TV.

The vibe here is very comfortable. I love the various outdoor spaces. They are pet friendly and so, so great with my dogs.

It was a great surprise. Don’t settle upon the comments (which are most probably fake). It’s a really cool place. Rooms are of a good size, bed is comfy. The terrace is super chill. Paola is a great manager and Luis is super helpful too.
