We booked the reservation in this hotel upfront for 1 day only, the first time when I called. Then I called the second time to tell them im gonna have 2 people for 1 night. when we arrived at the hotel, the front person named Susan and Carolina, charged us for 2 days. When we told them that there is an error, it took them 1 hour to figure out how their credit card machine is working . after we were standing 1 hour in the hall, they still couldn't provide any information on any charge of equal education . We asked to speak with the manager 50 times, but our request was ignored. We told them lets leave the charge as is and just give us the difference in cash ." They were threatening us with the police first because we found the fraud. Clients should be aware of this hotel and never pay with the credit card period. And don't believe what they say and ask them to show you what they charge upfront before you give them your card or any information. In the end they refused us the service!!!! What the hell the cust service it is. We asked to get our ID copy's back - and we're refused. I got pissed off completely and told them I'm calling the police on you for stealing my identity . The hotel is located close to the beach but on a very loud street so there will be loud noises all night. They do not have parking and you canr even stop the car in front of the hotel to get out your luggage. During our three day stay, our toilet got clogged, but they did not bother to fix it, alrhough we asked them a few times. On our last day there was no running water in our bathroom.
