Don't bother coming here. The front door staff are rude, unprofessional and ignorant. I used to come daily and place bets For no reason they take pictures of everyone coming in and for no reason at all they show me a picture of me from May 13th and say that I am flagged.. I ask why and they have no reason. There are other casinos. This one needs new management and restructuring to treat their only clients properly. I also will say that a former employee told me that all thr roulette tables are fixed. So sad because 5hey are in the center of town. I'm sure that this place is run poorly and they made me wait to take to a manager. There risk only 5 people inside and they are not busy I hope they change but the front door man is uneducated and can't even explain anything. They are treating the person, myself, very disrespectful and I helped this place with great reviews and recommendations

Read moreQuite a small casino, though I've noticed most in Mexico are smaller compared to other countries. The staff sometimes speak a little English. They have maybe around 50 slot machines, and in order to use the slot machines you must get a players card and put money on it which they charge 10% to refill. I put $500 peso on and got $455 to play with. I was up to $590 at one point from slots but went down to $400 but that's typical for slots. They have a few table games including roulette, blackjack, and poker. The blackjack I believe starts at 2 or 3 pm and the roulette doesn't start until 4pm. We won a good amount off roulette so we decided to play slots just to see and they aren't really worth it. I'd stick to table games. On the way in you are scanned for metal and you must open and backpacks you have and show contents but you are allowed to take it into the...
Read moreThe only casino in town that is reachable by walking. I understand that this place is quite new, so that is probably the reason why the staff members are not that professional and they did lots of mistakes during the game.
For example, in the roulette table, the ball kept on going no-ball (it just wouldn’t stop spinning) so they had to call and go for another round couple of times (it happened more than 10 times during 3 hours).
This place has a good atmosphere but don’t expect high class or super professional dealers.
If you come here only for fun and to earn some money, you can spend here couple of hours.
Take in mind that from each earning the house takes taxes when you ask to convert the chips back to pesos (10% if...
