Porto Bello Condos — Hotel in Quintana Roo

Very pleased with the staff / management, this was my first time in Mexico and first time stay at this location and when I say management and staff above & beyond to make sure things went good and I got in my room okay because of them having knowledge that originally I was supposed to be staying at a different resort was absolutely closed due to covid-19 & stuck for 3 hours. So I definitely commend them for working with me and acting swiftly to my needs due to another hotels inconvenience. I highly highly recommend porto bello condos to anyone. Nice condo complex in the heart of Puerto Aventuras with convenient access to the marina, restaurants and bars, grocery, etc. Friendly staff at the front desk. Building is clean and appears well maintained. Units have good hvac installed so there are no humidity issues and the water pressure is great. We’ve been drinking the tap water without issue.

Some units have outdoor jacuzzi tubs, which are basically useless as they need to be filled on demand and have no heating element. Removal of the kiddie pool and installation of a hot tub would be a significant upgrade in my opinion, and really set this complex apart...
